I am looking to trade a good free gift for the person filling in two CPA Offers.

How do I set this up?

Hi Charles, of course, you need to watch out because incentives are against most CPA TOS. Enough preaching.

There was a WSO about a month or so ago - I wish i remember the name - that had a really cool looking product that seemed to allow you to put the CPA offer form inside of your own - to make it look likey your own. I think this can work to also let you have the lead fill out your opt in, then the offer. Sorry I am not more specific, but I remember reading the WSO and thinking that it is exactly what this would work for. Good luck.
