Default cloaking and blanking website

hello forum members, since i joined this forum i have gained a lot from many issues and dicussions. this forum has solved many of my problems regarding internet marketing issues. but today i came across this words cloaking and blanking website. please anyone that knows its meaning and how its being used should please tell me. thanks...................

Cloaking means you are showing different content to people than bots. So you would show Google spider keyword rich content and the user something else. Blanking the website could be hiding the referer?

But a warning is in place: most CPA networks have the technical possibilities to check your referrer anyway, although you've blanked it in a php script. Be aware that you might get locked out for this, and you may lose your commision...
