Do people successfully promote Acai with article marketing?

I am trying to learn some CPA strategies, and my biggest strength is article marketing.

I know a lot of people are making loads of money on acai ppc. But what about article marketing Anyone having luck promoting it that way?

I did a quick acai blog on blogger as kind of a case study.

Pure Acai Berry

Constructed the whole thing in about 5 minutes. Had one of my guys do some linkbuilding (about 100 directory submissions and 25 social bookmarks)

It made 3 sales in a month. So yeah, it's possible.
