Does anyone know any sites that pay you per free signup, and it is easy to join?

I am looking for a site that pays $3-5 per free signup.

If you know please tell me along with your paypal address.

I think there are several dating sites that pay about that much for a free signup. Search the affiliate networks, MaxBounty for an example.

I hear so many people crying about not getting into networks when they can also apply direct to those types of Advertisers and start making money.

I am referring to Dating Advertisers such as Friendfinder. They are in the networks but people can simply also apply direct to the Advertiser...like Friendfinder.

Dating Gold pays per free. Basically all the visitor has to do is validate their email address. We have mainstream and adult dating websites.

Yeah I agree, a lot of people overlook going direct with the advertiser and getting $4-6 per sign-up instead of going with a network that takes a cut so you only receive $1.50-$2 per sign-up.

For the record, we have an option on our dating site where you get $2 per free member and if they ever convert to being paid later on down the road you'll receive a $5 dollar bonus which equals up to $7 per free member.
