Hey guys, I hear alot about people who want to coach PPC, but I do not hear alot about the companys who offer to do it for you. Nor do I ever see any warriors offering to get paid for creating actual campaigns. What do you guys think about companys like these... I will add a few links just for example. http://www.ppcgeeks.net/ JumpFly, Inc. - Maximizing Sponsored Search Advertising Results (Maybe this question for PPC section but PPC so important to CPA too I guess.) |

Do these guys work on rev share , if not I've never quite understood it. If you're really capable of generating the ROI these guys presumably can as they are at the top of their game, why the hell are they taking a few lousy thousands dollars in fees to work on campaigns. Why not spend all your time running your own campaigns and earn tens of thousands a day minimum, if not more. Never quite understood it, anybody >? |

Hi Simon, Personally, I like to offer my PPC services because it's fun. I see it as a challenge and I always take it on to see if I can make a difference. It's not always about the money (at least not for me). For me, it's more of an ego thing. Yeah, I can run my own campaigns, which I do. In fact, in 2005 I made enough affiliate income to pay for my wedding and a $15,000 vacation while I was still in the Navy. I now run my own ebusiness consulting/marketing company (no, not the fairadsnetwork.com) that involves SEO, copywriting, web designing/programming, PPC, website monitoring/managing and so on. I'll include it in my signature once all of my pages are indexed. Anyway, I have a sense of joy in doing it. In fact, I have a program called the "PPC Challenge" on my site just so I can see if I can beat a client's "best" campaign. I know, I should see a psychiatrist, but it's fun. As for other companies, I don't know what drives them to do it. |

Pretty impressive. No matter how much I learn about PPC I think 2 heads are still better than one. If someone else can create profitable campaigns for me while I do my other marketing activities and keep me in the black that sounds worth it. Depending on their fees of course.

I do understand it in certain circumstances, you made $30k or so in 2005, and yes I and I can see why it makes sense for you, I entirely get the fact you're enjoying seeing what you can achieve for these guys, I know the feelign when you crack a campaign and make $$$$ ,it's fantastic, but that's for guys like you and I. I was really referring to these huge PPC companies, the guys ranked at the top of the game. I'm referring to the BIG guys , the top eschelons of PPC, the moment you can turn $20k a day, why on earth bother renting yourself out. If it's rev share I get it, if not, I just don't. The only explanation I can offer is that these guys lack overall business acumen, they have the tech, the savvy in regards PPC but lack the vision to utilise it in CPA or another market themselves.

Okay, now that you put it that way.... uhhh, I dung-no! LOL. If anyone wants me to take a look at their campaigns, I offer a free 15 minute consultation (phone or email is the same). Just PM me. I'll see what could be improved and then I'll offer my PPC challenge, which 80% of it is refundable. 20% is only for research and analysis; that's non-refundable. During my free consultation, I would already tell you whether I can improve it or not. That costs you nothing.

There are many companies out there that provide PPC management services, I have worked for a few big ones. The thing is, it really inst worth it for some companies to many small budget campaigns. Not that actual PPC, thats the easy part... but the headache of billing, client support, and client retention is the part that really make small campaigns and customers a headache. Anyway, here's another. PPC Services |
