Fastest way to drive traffic to a CPA/GPT site?

I'm trying to work on building backlinks to drive more traffic to my survey site but I'm a little confused. I read a lot about backlink building for SEO/PPC websites, i'm wondering if the same things carry over?

Like for example, I thought about submitting a ton of articles to article directories/social bookmarking sites to build up backlinks. But what could I possibly write an article about that could link back to my website and not sound like blatant marketing?

I feel like an article about how to make money using my website would be rejected by articles as spam/advertising. I also feel like a "how to make money online" article using my website as an example would be approved but would drive the wrong type of traffic towards my site because the keywords/topics would be different.

Let me know what you guys think cuz i'm confused as **** lol...

Just research hot topics where there is an interest by a large group of people , then you just create high quality articles that can be picked by blog owners and webmasters .

You should use many methods to get traffic.

There are plenty of ideas to get free traffic.

Post comments on blog, write articles, join a forum in your niche - add a signature with a link to your site.

Just do these basic things and you will get traffic.

Check out the forums at anything4free.com, I believe you can buy a thread for your site or atleast some sort of banner space.

Well yea I understand that.

But my question is like....I don't know what type of articles I could write that I could somehow link back to my ad website without making it look like spam?

Like if I were trying to advertise a bodybuilding product using a SEO page, i could build backlinks by writing articles about bodybuilding and then link them back to my SEO page. Because its the same topic it makes sense.

But in this case I'm trying to write articles for a site that is based around ad/survey offers. I have no idea what kind of topics/subjects I could write that could link back to my website....

If you are going to submit the articles to a certain articles directories go to that directory and do a research on that particular topic you are going to write and model on articles which has already approved.

For instance you are going to write topic on ad or survey at ezinearticles just go there and do research on ad or survey and you will have tons on articles on that topic. Model on those articles and you will have no problem to have it approved.

I would recommend few thinks, actually for me it works better than articles.
Squidoo + hubpages link to your blog and post from your blog link to your squeeze page.

Articles are great but in my opinion to make it work you have to hit hard, just as you said write or outsource to make over 50 articles, then submit it to as many directories as you can, you can use articlemarketer.com. Topic? If you do not have any idea just buy a pack of PLR and rewrite it with your keywords.

PPC (Network)!

You can get ton of traffic. It is not expensive like Search!

But you need to do this the best way!

3. Create a coupon on each benefit and upload to coupon sites.
4. Classified Ads
5. Banner buys on social networks like MySpace...better yet, do a myspace blast

It is also not for free but you right much more cheaper, in content network in my present campaign I have bids for 0,13 and it still going down.

Hilal how many ads group do you create for one campaign in content network? I try to do very targeted and few, but I heard some opinion on Warrion that the more ads group the better result.

The free version of socialmarker.com is a perfect place to start and learn.

Tweet?...ok, I mispelled it. I was talking about microblogging using twitter.com...do a search around the forum and you'll get a real good idea (pros and cons) about how to go about it.

A MySpace blast is where you blast your friends a bulletin and your message shows up on their friends MySpace page as well as yours.

You can get a kid from MySpace to do it for you. Another thing...summer is coming up really fast and everyday I get a kid age 14 to 16 asking me what they could do to make money because it is near impossible for all of them to find a convential job. Target them too. They are easy pickens' right now.

In my opinion it Adwords. Faster to set up than other PPC, along with larger volume, just make sure you are tracking.

Yahoo PPC is also really good, and the support much more better than google. In case I had some problems they called to me, but google suspended my account and do not answer on any email, that's **** not support
