IP address script

I have a poll going that drives traffic both UK and USA. but the hard part is finding good offers that accept both countries. Anyone here have a IP direct script that would work for this? any other suggestions?

I think prosper202 or tracking202 will do this... I'm not POSITIVE...

Anyone know for sure?
