whats the best CPA "style" pages you've seen, and/or the highest converting offers???

I'm looking to get some ideas for designing CPA offer pages.

This one has caught my eye:

Lots of visual engagement with the graphics, video to further convince the target audience. There is authority social proof with the use of Oprah, ABC News etc and the call to actions are easy to find. Hope this helps
