Please help me with my flyer

Okay I will launch my first flyer in a few days. I wrote about a paragraph summary of the offer and its pretty good. I am going to print it on a black and white and was wondering how I should write it. I mean I think if I just put the txt it will be boring. How should I make the flyer? I'm making them and distibuting because I don't have any money to spend a the moment.
