I'm based in Bangkok, Thailand.

Seems liek the mammoth CPA companies based in U.S don't really offer much acceptance to the minority of internet marketers here?

Hi, I'm from Malaysia and I'm new to CPA too.
As I know there are many Asians are making money from CPA.
I am accepted by several networks lately. I believe if you can prove that you have the abilities to bring US traffic to the CPA offers, they will accept you and you can make money. It is all about your marketing skills to market the CPA offers.
