Rather than looking for weight loss in general, find out what kind of product or pill is the hottest thing at the moment and search for offers for that product.

Acai was, and still is, hot.
Hoodia was the same.

Who knows what is next. You must keep an eye out on the market...or just watch Oprah.

Iis an affiliate going to promote for $1 a lead? cmon.

99% of the cpa offers in weight loss are paid on free trials.

No, at all!!! cpa is the best way to gest fast cash. For the weight loss Cpa offer you can sign up on PJN (why PJN? because it is more easy to get accepted than others and you are paid twice a month) and you can find many weight loss products that pay up 60$ per lead (people have just to pay for the shipping). Then you just have to go on forums like slickdeals to promote them. I am making 500$ easy daily with those weight loss products.

Weight loss products have big payouts, but it's a competitive niche. With payouts up to $42 you can expect some fierce competition but if you are creative you can make some sales.
