offline, redirect, rotataor

Goal..get offline traffic to my domain, which will then re-direct to a cpa offer. The thing is that I want the offer to rotate so I can see which one converts best.

Can somebody provide an html script that will automatically redirect to rotating offers when somebody types in my domain...it would be a TREMENDOUS HELP!

I've seen this before, something that rotates webpages, I think it's called PHP Content Rotator or something of that sort.
