Hey Guys, The typical CPV/PPV engines we refer to are Clicksor, Mediatraffic, TrafficVance, AdOnNetwork etc. right? Where does Adbrite fall into? I was looking at an offer from Neverblue and they said DLS promotion not allowed. So I was wondering if I could promote that on Adbrite or not? Any feed back on this would be much appreciated! That depends on who you ask. Talk to your AM, they may classify it as DLS. |

So, you want to sell me another way to easily make "X" dollars in "X" days? ROFL too funny! IM success requires hard work and lots of time. Most newbies do not survive the steep learning curve. Anyone who says otherwise is probably selling you a fantasy.

I think adbrite is more of a PPC and PPV engine like runners123 said. Your ads will be displaying on publishers sites in the adbrite network. They offer cheap clicks, but I just couldn't get enough impressions with these guys. Maybe I did a few things wrong, but just couldn't get any campaigns successful with them. |

Thank you guys. Yes Fred you're right, your AM may classify it as DLS. In fact I called her today, couldn't catch her, will have to wait till Monday. Cheers! Chucky |

AdBrite is not adware or "Downloaded Software" (DLS). There is no install on the user's computer. It's basically like buying ads. I don't see the issue. |

NO they are not, they are simple program like Adwords/Adsense & Direct advertising network.. however i think you can promote PayPerSignup & PayPerDownload programs through their PPC ads.. just read TOS and ask them first.

does adbrite really pay? I was thinking that they were not the best payers in the world compared to Google.

If you are looking to advertise using Adbrite's PPC, save your money. They are complete garbage! Very little traffic and its far from targeted. I've only heard one person say they've been successful using their PPC services. I know they have very cheap clicks, but whats the use if you get very little traffic and the traffic you do get is not targeted? If you are looking to use them as an Adsense alternative, my question to you is why? Google is king in traffic and more website owners use Adsense more than any other similar programs and they pay. Bottom line; don't use them. |

I've heard secondhand that the only way that works with adbrite is to do their full page ad. But yes, I've been to sites that use adbrite before and seen those full page ads. They're annoying to a user such as me when I'm surfing, but perhaps effective. Also, they always seemed untargeted to me.

As a publisher I like Adbrite. Very untargeted ads, but they pay you per impression and I have been paid every month, on time, for over a year, (to the tune of $x,xxx). The ads I see on my sites are the usually "broad" niches.

I just started to test adbrite and I got 153 clicks for a simple email submit but not one person submitted an email. Weird?
