Canadian Resident...W8 or W9?

I'm a Canadian resident, and almost all major networks ask for you to fill out and fax them a form.

I was just wondering what one to fill in W8 or W9?

And another network gave me the options of the following: W-8BEN - W-8ECI - W-8EXP - W-8IMY

w-8 is what you need to send them. If they get specific it's the w-8ben
