How to verify incentive offer was completed?

How can one tell a CPA offer has been completed in order to honor any incentives?
Can you specify a notification and/or redirect URL, or is it via an email, or...?

See if you can find and fill out the offer, but not from your affiliate link, and see what happens once the offer payout is fulfilled. Have users tell you what they find on the next page, something they could only know if they filled it out.

Hmmm... That's hardly as automated as I would've thought the networks would make it. There has to be an easier way, no?

I have been using ShiftCode for around 2 years now. Their script is by far the best I've ever saw. You have your incentive offers as well as PPC offers and other various tracking including IP addresses, proxy detection, cheat checkout, paid banner rotation. The list goes on and on. If you could write something comparable to that, you would be in business!
