1. Join CPA Networks
2. Pick some nice popular high paying offers
3. Do KW research and pick some keywords that arent too competetive
4. Create lens trying not to be too spammy, using the graphics from cpa offer, however, to avoid cpa banning you, create a new domain and mask it, send the traffic to the cpa offer (as to hide the source of traffic as cpa dont like web 2.0)
5. Build backlinks to the lens using web 2.0 sites and everything else u can muster.
6. Collect your checks.

Basically, we can use any place that have a huge traffic to market your product.
See something similar like hubpages, or another traditional article directory. That's all can be exploited as your target.

If you do good research on keywords squidoo is an effective and free way to attract traffic to your lense.

A few points to clarify:

If you are making your own landing page and not getting it approved by the advertiser, then yes, they don't like it. You are probably violating their TOS and copyright. They want to protect their brand and if you create a piece of crap, they don't want to be associated with it. Seems reasonable to me.

Many offers ALLOW social/web 2.0 traffic - check the offer to9 see what promotional methods are/are not permitted.

My suggestion is to play by the rules, sleep comfortably, and enjoy life (and your earnings).
