how can I use google conversion tool for cpa offers?...
i am using copeac offers...
how can i manage them, to see if my campain is converting..?

Read the google help for conversion tracking. You will need to set up a conversion event in your adwords account and then provide the code google gives you to your copeac AM. They will place the code for you and conversions should show up in your adwords account after that.
