Default Is my blog what I need for CPA acceptance?

Hey Warriors...

Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I'm new to CPA marketing, so I'm not sure exactly what type of site the Networks might be looking for.

I've read some great advice about having your own site on your own domain, but I guess I'm still unclear on whether the site I currently have is applicable to getting accepted into a CPA network or not.

What will help my chances the most...a site/blog related to IM? a site/blog focused on a particular niche market? or what?

Maybe it would just be easiest if you took a look at my blog and give it a thumbs up or thumbs down in regards to getting accepted.

http://helpgetyourexback.info/blog/

Thanks so much!
Derek

Your block is looking good enough.
CPA Networks decide very different. So I would just check it out. Good luck!

domaintools say, you own around 110 domains. You must be a pro now, not a noob.
Anyway, your wordpress blog is fine to apply for cpa networks.

That's very interesting...but far from accurate. I actually only own 2 domains.

Why do you think it says I own 110?

That is a good point that ....

A. Always keep in mind that everone is like a CSI investigator on the net...you will get googled! Comes with the terroritory.

B. Not all information is valid or current.

C. Does not hurt to check sites and people out....can save alot of headache and money most of the time.

In regards to the last two posts...

is it a wise move to keep that info private?

Thanks,

Derek,

Your blog is fine! If you want my advice, pick up the phone and speak to them - they will not only accept you 99% of the time if you sounds serious about making money with (for) them, but they will fast-track your application most of the time. I did it with both Neverblue and Azoogle and both companies set me up directly after I put the phone down.

Alex

The blog looks nice. You shouldn't have a problem.

When I signed up to the networks I used a gmail account and no website.

some called and others accepted with out a phone call.

It's not really neccesary to have a website.

What matters is that you can convince that you are serious about CPA, that you will not be spamming or using Black Hat methods.

I wrote MaxBounty and told them straight up, that I did not have any experience what so ever with CPA, but that I had been writing copy for others that did have experience for a long time and I was looking to get into it myself. I told them how I planned to work on it (Article Marketing and Adwords).

I got accepted without a call, since there's a lot of time difference between the US and where I live.

My suggestion is that you are honest with them. They accept newbies, it's just that they don't want spammers or people who have no idea what they are looking for.

You blog looks ok, I've seen a lot of ugly pages got accepted in CPA's.
CPA owners try to filter BlueFartters not the white guys..

I think website doesn't matter at all

What CPA networks have accepted you? How many did you apply to?

I need to insert cpa codes to my wordpress blog. I have been into the widgets area to insert the codes generated from the cpa network. But it seems not to be functioning. What am I doing wrong? How do I fix it?

you don't need a site to get accepted to any cpa network. Just put that you do PPC on the big three search engines. We never disclose any of our landing pages to networks when applying. If you know what you are talking about then you will get approved.

** after you submit your app pick up the phone and call the network. 100% of the time it works 75% of the time.

I agree with PPCPimp. I have never given a CPA network a website to work off of. When a website URL is required on the application I just throw in some web 2.0 page that I've taken 2 minutes to create. It can be about any topic because I know I will be calling them before they ever think to look at it.

As soon as you apply, CALL THEM. In almost every instance they will appreciate the fact you are reaching out to them so they don't have to track you down. As soon as they ask you the first question, take control of the conversation. Tell them you will be promoting their offers with PPC or list marketing. Something that doesn't require a site. Keep talking about almost anything related to CPA and after a minute or so of this ask them a very specific question. It could be something along the lines of, "By the way, do you guys accept CPV traffic? I'm not promoting with it yet but am consdering it." They will usually just anwer this question and then say, "I'm going to go ahead and approve your application."

I have been accepted to every single CPA network I have applied to using this simple method. As long as you sound like you know something about the topic, without sounding cocky, you will be accepted the vast majority of the time.

Your BLOG could work for acceptance if they view it as being a place where u would place banners.

The way I did it
I got a Business name and made a website arround it! i had a page up Comming soon with GREAT logo and coming soon page! got accepted 30% of the time

TAlked with confidence and authority as if i had Great experience (mentioned 2 years)

Once i made my website in detail I increased acceptance to 7 out of 10 times. Sometimes without getting a call from the account manager.

I would say confidence is key when u talk on the phone

It should be related in IM to be able to get accepted in CPA networks.
