Should I buy domain for every new offer?

I'm confused on whether I should register a domain name for every single CPA offer I want to promote. What other options do I have?

No, that doesn't make sense. I have 3 or 4 domains for each vertical I promote, and usually when I'm testing a new offer direct I use a Namecheap domain with a subdomain set up with a redirect to my tracking link.

What I try to do is come up with a generic domain that can be used for more than one offer during testing.

So, if I am looking at promoting Acai berry I will find a domain that has something to do with Acai Berry but not a brand name. Once I have a campaign that works, then I will get a more detailed domain.

Remember, you want the least amount of expenses during testing. Once you are ready to go full force on a campaign, you want to do whatever it is that you need to in order to make the the best ROI.

I totally agree with Doug and Jakesellers. Yes, you need to minimize your expense as much as you can!

Those domain name you are going to buy may seem to cost you less than $10 a year! But if you keep buying a new domain name, till next year, the renewal cost will be in the hundreds!

Yes, I would do this.

For example, if you promoting Mac Air Book and Iphone free offer, you could get something like yourfreegadgets.com (something like that)
and redirect your offer with subdomain for each different offers

You can use sub domain instead of buying domain for each CPA. Also I will suggest you to store your all domain with one registerar. Recently one my domain expired and now Registrar asking $1000 to renew my domain.

If you select your domain with care, you could use sub-domains to keep costs down and still build a strong branded messages into your URL.

For example, I registered the domains thesmartway.com and justlikeapro.com. This will give me allot of latitude to pair them with multiple keyword rich sub-domains such as:

LoseWeight.theSmartWay.com
HideWrinkles.theSmartWay.com
GetYourDegree.theSmartWay.com
SellYourHouse.JustLikeaPro.com
LearntoPutt.JustLikeaPro.com
WhitenYourTeeth.JustLikeaPro.com

Anyway, you get the idea.

Only if the offer produces and you decide to renew the domain. Of course you'll drop the losers.

It can get a little wordy, but also a main domain of com-watch.us or com-ask.net or com-rss.info while putting your offer as the subdomain seems to work well, too.

ie BerryDiet.com-WeightLoss.com

Thanks Guys. I wish I already knew how thesmartway.com and justlikeapro.com keyword sub-domains will rank for organic search, but alas, I have yet to develop them. (I have a habit of registering a domain whenever I have an idea, and then letting it sit on the back burner until I can get to it.)

Originally, I registered them not so much for the sole purpose of ranking in the organic search results. I mostly wanted to end up with links that would help draw the click when they appeared in emails, PPC ads, forums, etc....as well as in the organic results.

Apparently, there are also some pitfalls to watch out for when using sub-domains. Below is a reference to a good article that was posted in the Warrior Forum on 6-22-2009.

Subdomain can be setup on your hosting panel
There is option somewhere in your hosting panel depend on your hosting offer

If your hosting account has CPanel, all you have to do is click the button that says "Subdomains" and add the new subdomain there.

I use a extremly generic domain then just have sub domains off of that that relate to each product. cheapest way I think.

According to me you have to buy only one domain with unlimited sub-Domains. Then for every offer you have to create you own new subdomain with the name of that offer. It has advantage that you can create the subdomain with exact the same name of your offer.

IMO No.
What I do is use a generic domain, then either use a subdomain or subfolder on that domain to test offers, if I find an offer converting well then I will buy a domain for it
