5 Question before start my PPV+CPA journey !!!

Hello,
Initially i wanna thank all users in this forum which helped me as well because they are really gave me real push to make my first dollar through the virtual life (Internet marketing ) so now i wanna be 1st millionaire in my country from CPA companies , I believe in my own self that i will be with your help

-Now i have some various questions relative CPA +PPV+landing page , and i will ask here in this forum till reach my goal then i will back to help each person need my help


-I wanna ask Peerfly expert users , do PPV traffic from Leadimpact or TV bother Peerfly and resulting to penalize my account ??

because i read here in this forum before that somebody got penalized from Peerfly because BING ADS (PPC) so what about PPV traffic at all ?

-second issue : dose every CPA company has it's own instructions about landing page (1)dimensions ? (2) form ?
(because i watched a video how to make landing page then i seen that guy was committed with exact dimensions (but he did't said why) )

-3rd issue : I have 0 experience with HTML , PHP to make a landing page which i have to redirect the user throughit to the offer so what about landpages.com ?? it will be enough to make decent landing page for CPA purpose ?

-4rth wired question : what about if i make my landing page talking about how to make money from internet and then when the user click on my offer find health offer but he fill it ,, now i wanna ask if that illegal to the CPA company and maybe they will gonna penalize my account ?

5th: Please suggest some networks beside peerfly more concentrate on game,finance offers


Now i'm really shy because of all this questions, but i'm here to hit my goal ASAP and it will be amazing if you was a part of this success story in the future

    You can use either as long as the offer allows it, there is no penalty.

    I've never heard of this, do you have more info? It's possible they were promoting an offer that does not allow PPC traffic

    I'm not really understanding? It is possible for networks and offers to have different landing page restrictions, it is also possible for them to have the same merchant but different page on the merchants site

    You could start off by using templates or a cms like wordpress to start off, i highly recommend learning some basic php and html.. Aff Portal (from Aff Playbook) has tools to create landing pages without coding as well (http://affplaybookreviews.com/create...ml-experience/).

    No, there is no real penalizing as long as you follow the network terms of service and the offer allows what you're doing. You would not be penalized for this, but I'd guess you would have a hard time making that traffic convert since the offer and traffic aren't related.

    Maxbounty is another good network to join if you are fairly new..
    Once you get some experience a few other good ones are neverblue, convert2media, ads4dough
