Human Visitor Traffic Networks - Are they legit?

This question has probably been asked a thousand times here, but I am hoping for some up-to-date opinions and suggestions.

I have a broad-interest site that I would like to drive traffic to. It doesn't have to be quality traffic, but it does have to be human traffic.

So, I see a lot of sites out there that say they will drive human traffic to the site for these dirt cheap prices, like $5.00 for 5000 hits from 100% human, no-bot traffic. This seems absurdly cheap.

So, two questions: are any of these sites legit? If so, can anyone recommend some cheap ones?

It's NOT targeted traffic , so it's not GOOD , even if it's cheap

Ya, I get that it is not targeted. I should have been more specific.

I have a broad interest site, and I'd like to see how some non-targeted traffic works, I just want to make sure that they are human visitors rather than bots.

      Thanks for the reply!

Try SmartyAds, they offer wide range of cpms and there's no minimal budget required

Experimented with sources like buymetraffic and goclickon. Needless to say, as a whole, the results were no impressive at all. There were some visits, clicks, etc. but no real sales to my affiliate sites. I did get perhaps one or two actual sign-ups but not worth the expense overall.

Yeah I have had the same problems with goclickon. And I've got a lot of fraud from them as well. ++ to SmartyAds, they are the best so far.
