2nd amendment/firearm friendly ad networks

Hi, looking for some on advice on ad networks.

Ive submitted a site for a non profit that I volunteer for, to multiple ad networks.

it keeps getting denied due to content. its a statewide 2nd amendment hunting/fishing/gun rights website.

we average 100,000+ unique visitors per month.

any idea as to what ad network I can submit our site to, to get some money coming in to help pay for operating expenses?

we currently have a flat-rate contract with a provider who's code we host on top of the site, and they deliver their own ads, do all of the scheduling, etc etc.

current contract is ok but I would like to diversify in case they decide not to renew, so we are not dependent on only one source for operating expenses.

  • Ha ha ha, your crazy! If you get lucky and find one soon they are going to shut you down why? Because most people are against it and will complain and some will stop their lives and go on a crusade to shut you down! Now I'm not one of them I believe in freedom that's actually my Christian name (it translated means the one who is free) but sadly that is not the way today, it's to get everyone to comply and be regulated. Thats the way. You might be able to pull it off for a while but not long they will hunt you down and shut you down mark my words.

Ok I don't want to be all negative. There are some freedom loving 2nd amendment sites out there (not many) you should go to them and try to get them to buy directly ads on your site, do a media kit when done make a list and mail it to them with links etc... You shuld be able to get advertisers directly. Just an idea not sure if it will work just thinking about it. But you can expect a ban soon (my guess)!

were actually in the process of doing the media kit idea. have a few direct advertisers already, but the previous guys handling this sold the traffic way too cheap.

I know its not "mainstream" but neither are the ad networks that exist on porn sites,or gambling sites, but people pay a premium for those as well, since they cater to a specific target audience.
