Facebook Ads Voucher urgently needed!

I would urgently need a facebook ads voucher.

The reason is, I already set up an ads account and as far as I know those codes only work on accounts not older than 14 days, mine is 12 days old now.

Also I would need a voucher that works WORLD WIDE, not some region locked code like the one from fatcow which only works in USA. Not even sure how they would know where I am from, highly doubt facebook checks IPs or something to determine if I am from US.
