How much important is to fill W8 form accurately?

I want to know about W8 form. I'm a non-US and want to work with US affiliate networks.
1- where cpa networks send these forms to? Do they send them to any organization? Do they check for verification?
2- How much important is to fill the form accurately?
3- Is ther any relation between withdraw earnings in a network and the W8 form? do they charge me 30% for tax?

    I'd say any forms that are submitted for the government are important.
    THe networks do not take tax.

    If you have questions about these, your best to reach out to your network to ask.

    Hello,
    Fill them out accurately! It would be horrible to earn money then have it held and/or your account cancelled if they found out you lied.

    The forms are used for the accountants and filed with the IRS. It basically proved to the tax authorities that the network paid money to someone outside of the states.
    The network would not hold any tax. That is up to you and your local laws.

    My question to you is, why would you even think about filling out any form with inaccurate information? It's beyond my comprehension how people think that they have every right to expect to be paid compensation yet they feel they can lie and cheat to get that money, especially on the internet. If you walked into a brick and mortar office, looking for a job, would you even think about filling out any of the forms with false information? I think not. Why would you think it'd be different with companies online?

    W8 forms are usually not verified, but that does not mean you should supply wrong info. That'd be fraudulent and could lead to the loss of your funds.
