Alternatives to adsense?

What are the other high paying alternatives to adsense. Before anyone says anything I know nothing compares to it... If you had to choose the top 5 what would they be, and have you had any experience with them earning decent money for clicks? I hear that media.net (yahoo/bings network) doesn't pay much but I haven't tested yet.
