I would like to know the Skype of the Lead Impact?

Also, If the Black Hat Niches are allowed on the Lead Impact?

    I don't believe they have a Skype

    Not surprising, considering they have disconnected their phone. The only way to reach them is by email

    They will never say they allow blackhat. The only time you will ever hear that it's allowed is A. If the business has no long term goals and they are in it for the short term quick buck and B. If you are already sending traffic that is converting and making them money at a ridiculous rate in which they have no choice but to allow it. But let's be real......as a traffic source, they have no upside in allowing you to run black hat stuff.

    Get a cloaker and go about your business. Worst case scenario, you lose your account and have to get another one. If you aren't making enough with your black hat method to be able to handle that, then it's not worth running dirty.

      It depends on what offers you are pushing. There are so many now that starting with one or two that you are very comfortable with is the best practice and then when you have a winning campaign, take it to the other PPV networks and scale the crap out of it. I personally use Lead Impact, TrafficVance, 50onRed, and Media Traffic. To scale, you can use Zero Park (up and coming for sure) and Advertise.com ( a bit more expensive, but good traffic).
