7Search, Awesome SRs, NO competition, is this real?

Like I mentioned before on these forums, I'm really new to PPC advertising, so I want to try it out finally after 4 years of IM.

I'm currently getting organic traffic with my niche which is providing nice revenue but I see big potential in the niche.

About 30 keywords combined get into about 30,000 searches a month, is this good? There is no competition, no bids, how promising is this?

Should I use more keywords, I heard some people are using like 500 keywords, this seems crazy I never used more than 5 or 10 for IM in general...

I can't wait to try this out, this looks like a money pit, 30k people a month, seeing my ads, seems too good to be true :\

I found this review of 7search in a Google search.

Can someone explain how can they get me my targeted traffic if they put their ads on other people's websites?

All tips and advice will be highly appreciated, thanks

Honestly. The only way to find out is to try, I typically start with around 50-100 keywords to try to get an idea of the potential of the campaign and add more as required

Well I just thought about every keyword ever for my niche and I have 43, I'll start with that, I set some to "broad" and some with higher search volumes to "exact" matches.

Since this will cost me $0.05 per click, that's 1000 clicks for $50, and since I hopefully have an awesome landing page with simple Email/Zip Submit offers, this should result in at least 150 conversions.

Even though there are a lot more negative reviews concerning 7search than positive ones, I'll give them a try, a lot of people are actually saying they provide fake and bot traffic/clicks... Non the less, we'll see.

If anyone here would share their conversion and click trough rates with any PPC networks that would be great so we can compare results!

You do have tracking in place, right? (Prosper202, CPVLab, AdstrackGold)

That would be a great idea if you don't, so that way you can see what's converting after running clicks at your offer...especially to see what "keyword" is converting for you.

        Just curious is all...

The 7Search tracking pixel is a java script code embedded in the completed transaction page, typically the "Thank you" page, so a conversion is measured when someone completes a transaction. You must have access to the page to install the code. Many affiliate programs do not grant you access to the HTML code on their pages, so you must rely on the affiliate program to provide you a code to track the traffic sources in the destination URL. If you need more help, i would be happy to help.

My own PPC campaigns have 1-2 thousand keywords easily, at least when I initially started them anyway. After tweaking I am usually left only with a few hundred that make me a decent ROI.

But the trick is really just down to using a shotgun approach: test as many relevant keywords as you can, then tweak and optimize for profit.

Split testing and trying a large set of keywords is the only way to figure out what converts and what doesn't, especially if you want to drive large volumes. That's how I run pretty much every PPC campaign anyway.

Thank you for your insight, all that seems really interesting to try out and monitor the results, then tweak them and see the results, I like the feel of control. Thanks again

Screw it, I'm going with Google AdWords, there's no competition for my niche, so why not right? I set the bid to $0.06 since there is no competition that's OK right?

FAIL - Google wants me to pay from $0.70 to $2.75 per click for my ads, what the hell is this? And why? There is literally 0 competition, I am the only one promoting this niche, why can't I dictate the price?

GoogleAdwords won't show my ads on the first page for anything less than a $1.5 PER FREAKIN' CLICK on average. How am I supposed to earn like this?

make sure and block the bad partners on 7search. You have to place a token (ask your am or google it) in your url to track the partner id. Then just block the bad partners that don't convert.

Some niches work on 7search, some don't. I've had success with auto insurance in the past, but other things have been hit or complete miss.

I'm waiting for a refund from Google, since they are insane, but it can take up to 6 weeks -_-

Will try 7search afterwards, ty for your post

Want quality clicks? Be aware of 7search.
Some of my friends said after creating campaign on 7search and promoting some email submit offers. They received message from their AM to stop sending low quality leads.

    Good Luck

Well I'm in a dead end here with AdWords, talked with their online support, they said I need to adjust the required bids until Google detects the click-trough rate, and then the bid would go back to what's "normal".

What happened? The bids increased even more, funny.

Waiting for the refund, of course this will take 4 weeks, which is absurd.

Thank you for your warning, I've read similar reviews here, I plan on promoting all offers not just specific ones.

In another words, I'm desperate for PPC advice, what network have you been most successful with?

7 search is not a good place to try as they often have low quality traffic. Why don't you give Bing ads a try. You can also try facebook advertising if it fits your needs.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll check out Bing and try them out if the PPC isn't too high like with AdWords.
