Question for US people about AdSense account "costs"

I will go into an AdSense JV with some USA guy. He already has an Adsense account on his name, so he says he needs to register a Corp in USA to be able to get a checking account and register new AdSense account. He says that fees are 300-400$ for registering new corp. Is this correct?

    I'm not sure what you mean by an Adsense JV, but you don't need a corp. to join Adsense. Just apply with a decent content website. Most people do well with some solid content and premium Wordpress themes and using quality pictures, content and whatever can give your site some credibility and provides value to visitors will usually do the trick.

    I know three years ago when I first applied they got back to me within a few hours and accepted the site.

    I know people are doing the above that I suggested in the last while and they are having no problems getting with getting accepted by Adsense.
