Selling Targeted Survey/Questionnaires

Random question, not entirely sure there's even a niche for it to be honest. I know a lot of sites offer cash for surveys and whatnot, but is there a specific term or avenue I can look into regarding the next step?
Basically I'm building a list of people registered to the website. That have supplied certain information including age, sex, gender and more info related to my specific niche. Has anyone ever had success approaching companies and offering opportunities to pitch surveys and such to their users?
