Hello senior member. I have a problem that my Adsense Cpc is locked to 0.20$. No matter how expensive ad is clicked by viewer or visitor by any platform like high-end mobile device, tablet or desktop PC, the click rate remains fix to 0.20$ or less then this ratio. Can any body tell me what is the matter and how can resolve this issue???
Thanks is advance

high-end mobile device, tablet or desktop PC or whatever platform it does not matter it depends on the current competition/bid for the ad when it was displayed.

how did you know it was an expensive ad that was clicked? did you click it yourself?

It's not locked. Just be patient, if you get clicks from the US /Canada / UK / Austrailia you will get some clicks for much more than that. If you are looking at the average, it can be misleading though. Say you have 2 clicks - #1 is $.35, #2 is $.01 - your average is $.18

i am getting clicks from UK, USA, Canada & Australia but the average remains the .20$ or less then this amount. It means my maximum click rate is less then .20$

..... I suggest that you type "what does average mean" into the search engine of your choice

i know what does average mean.usually insurance ads click rates are very high to some $$$ or any other high cpc ads which have high click rate values. if any visitor click on any insurance ad on my site that should be more then 1$ but in result i am getting .20$ pr click. no matter how costly ad is clicked by viewer or visitor i am not getting more then .20$. i think now you will understand my issue!

              Wow $0.20 is quite generous.

There are so many factors that may effect what you receive but if you are getting 20 cents then you should be grateful and work on expanding what you have got because just speaking generally and not knowing your site I would say $0.20 is high.

If you think most Youtube channels may get 0.04 - 0.06 and youtube networks may get 0.12 it seems like 0.20 is on the high side.

Do you have any solid data to show that what you are offering is worth more?

              Am I wrong?

Just because your site is about insurance doesn't mean your users are getting insurance ads. They also show "interest based" ads - usually a site that they visited recently. But if you think adsense is robbing you, there are plenty of other ad networks.

When it comes to AdSense a lot of people I have come across are getting it all wrong.

Be aware that AdSense pays you 65% publishers cut for adsense for content.

Whatever that 65% will be is determined by the CPC of your keywords and when you are ranked for it.

It's simple to analyze if you gather your keywords and CPC as well as check where your traffic is coming and also ranked terms.
