My New TrafficJunky Campaign - Help me

I just started my Traffic Junky campaign yesterday, i started with 10 banners, 2 offers and 2 completely different LPs

Stats :

Day 1

Imp : 96,032
Clicks :157
CTR:0.163
Conv : 2
Cost : $40
Lost : $30
LP CTR: 40%
Paused poor CTR banners, Experts please guide me on what to do next ?

    Test fresh banners daily. Add new ones and pause the ones with low CTR for now.

      I am keeping the banners which has .2% CTR and cutting others, but look like i need to split test offers ...
