I just start promoting mobile carrier offers. I'm interested to FR offers because it's my secondary language.

So, which mobile traffic source for French offers can you suggest me?

    Regarding this question, just wanted to clarify what is meant by 'account' (not sure if there's any confusion surounding this).

    There's only one type of account.

    CrakRevenue is a platform for affiliates (also known as webmasters/publishers). You'd typically join CrakRevenue to obtain offers/ads to place on your website to make money with, or some will even Media Buy (purchase traffic / send traffic to their CR link code). These are just two of the most common ways people promote.

    @CPAEric, I think CrakRevenue is not a traffic source(PPV, Display..), it's offer CPA verticals to promote!!

      You can try your luck with fiverr, webtrafficgeeks or aetraffic. Maybe those can help you get mobile traffic.
