CPALEAD not tracking correctly "database error"

Hello just want to ask if someone is experience this kind of issue on cpalead, I use bitly to track and trace link before it goes to cpalead offers, I got this error on cpalead statistic page or individual statistic offers.

Very wrong numbers on cpalead statistic , its impossible it not convert a single one. I cannot compare other offers since I don't use bitly on them to trace clicks that directed to offers.

Can someone tell me what is happening

    already emailed them, can't call at the current condition. anyway it's still not updating. Before it have an error but tracking not accurate though. Now it failed to track a single click or impression. Thanks for replying guys.

    update:
    No reply from email, but everyone is chatting now about the stats not updating.... I wonder if clicks and leads is still counting even though statistic is not updating.

    Did you email someone or send a support ticket in? We did upgrade to a new database system but there should be no issues now with leads tracking, we've had issues through the week but please email me directly at Justin@cpalead.com if you are having any issues still!
