CPALead No real cash/money rewards or prizes

Would someone be kind enough to clarify exactly what I'm allowed to give to my users please?

For example am I allowed to hold a raffle for gift cards (amazon, visa, wow game time, etc) that users enter by accumulating virtual points earned by doing CPA offers?

How about hosting tournaments for real money prizes? Technically speaking the users can only win a free ticket to signup for the tournament and not the actual prize money (or a gift card, etc) of the tournament unless they win it of course.

I have tried to contact CPALead support multiple times but none of my tickets have ever been answered so I'm hoping someone here can help me out. Cheers!

    Hey Mate,

Paying money to fill offers is hard incent and not allowed by many networks.

Soft Incent means paying by gift card or giving them access to sites or something..

If you pay money to fulfil your offers then I assume you can get in trouble for this and network can ban you too.

Best Bet would be to contact the network or give them a call

    Regards

Thank you for all your replies, especially speedylikesKJ for clarifying it. I'm in Dubai as well, owe you a beer at least when this thing starts rolling. Much appreciated.

sakib777 I have tried every day for the last 2 weeks without a response. The only reponse I ever got from them was the automated email saying that my ticket number X has been submitted and that they'll get back to me ASAP which they never did.

I've worked with other networks before and never experienced anything like it. Would you guys still recommend this network or am I better off with a different one? I love the offers and the tools they have however the lack of response has me worried.

Incentivized traffic is incentivized traffic. You'll run into the issue if scrub/shave this is why it's typically done online. You'd lose money paying for every lead when you're only being paid for 1 in 10 or whatever the ratio is defined by the advertiser.

Thank you for your response ZephyrIon. I'm new to CPA that's why i'm trying to get as much info as possible about it before I dive into it.

Wait so basically what you're saying is, e.g. if a single user completes 10 offers at idk, 1.5$ each I'm only getting paid 1.5$ instead of 15$? Did I understand this correctly or am I way off? More info on this or any links/resources would be greatly appreciated. Just wish I could get an actual response from the CPALead support/aff manager instead of bugging you guys here.

    Cheers!

Generally speaking, I would stay away from any incentivised marketing as it can lead to poor lead quality and merchant complaints.

What you could do however is offer something like "after completion you may win a free gift/£50 cashback/enter our prize draw, etc". (Remember to say "may, might or could" to only offer a CHANCE to win something, not guarantee it). That way you add something on top as an added bonus without it being the main selling point or incentive of what you are offering.

That works quite well without impacting the lead quality too much as it's not too focused on the incentive itself but rather on what you are promoting in general.

      Hi Elitepinki,
That should be just fine in fact, as long as the reward is in gift card/voucher form and is fully legitimate
