If I want to target all pages on a site (eg. warriorforum . com), how to target it?
1. Should I target root domain?
or
2. Should I target all urls on that site?

      for example: target Godaddy /// Using keywords: Get your hosting in godaddy
      it can give good results with LeadImpact ?

        i don't think you would have much success with long tails like that with ppv. i think you would need to go rather broad to get traffic (ppv is different than ppc)

    Which ppv network?

    normally i would start with warriorforum.com
    then expand from there (alchebank made a great example of this)
