Do I have to confirm every creative (Landing Page) before starting my PPV campaign?

    Normally no, but if you think you might be doing something borderline or are worried about it, then it can't hurt to run it by your am quickly

    Generally it's not required, but if you believe that it's different from offer restrictions you should ask to your AM about that.
