facebook ads no impressions

AD NETWORKS

I have set my campain yesterday and get approved in 10 minutes, my CPC is optimized with auto bidding. No matter what I change the ad just sits there active but getting no impressions. I even set the CPC to 4 dollars when the highest recommended was 89 cents and still nothing.
Does facebook send new account to sandbox? My accounts register just 2 days.
How can I make my ads works?

  The issue is fixed. facebook has a delay, I wait severl hours and login into my account again,see the date finally.
