I talk about for this surveys from CPAgrip (example) -

How I can promote him fb ads, bing ads or ... ?

    Just take the offer link if it's non incentive make landing page about it, or you can go direct. Select your daily budget, demographics for your niche, behaviors, country where you want to promote etc and that's it.. Now you need to test to get it profitable.. This is for FB ads

    Imo, I'd stay away from these offers, I'd recommend going after offers that pay between $4-8 a lead, they are much more reliable and give more room for trial and error

      I don't understand you for after offers ? What do you mean ?
      I wanna ask if i wanna promote surveys in forums how to promote ? With a direct link to the survey or use a short-url ?
