Best Ad Network(s) To Target Physicians

Newbie here. Was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for the best ad network to target physicians. Specifically, we are trying to reach Family Practitioners and Oncologists. Would it be more efficient to just go to the niche sites directly and purchase ad units or are there any networks that target the physician vertical specifically? Or can we essentially drill down to this level on the GDN using keywords?

    Try Linkedin Ads, or even Linkedin InMail solution.

    Facebook Ads can also be used to reach them by brainstorming their common "interests".

    On GDN, try managed placement - which should be hand-picked by you.
