Does Bing Ads allow offer promotions?

hi all,
i just got here and need to know smth.
I started with peerfly, and i want to promote offers via bing ads.
Any restrictions for it? (I don't see any in policies)

Or other suggestions for me?
perhaps traffic sources, offers or networks?

any suggestions for this newbie is welcomed.

    Bing PPC is one of the good and reliable source of paid traffic out there. Bing has some high converting traffic from North America so I suggest since you are starting out you target only US to ensure maximum ROI. I would also suggest to avoid putting your ad on Content Network as well.

    From what i have seen...i dont think there is any such offer restriction on Bing ads....just make sure that you create a landing page and send the traffic to that landing page instead of direct linking the offer. Make sure you go through all the bing ads tutorials on this forum and their site to get your feet wet.
