Hi guys. I hope someone can help me with this problem

Note: English is not my first lenguage, so I apologize for the mistakes you may find.

A week ago Google Play ban one of my applications. Last Friday i sent an appeal and they reinstated it, but the same day, a few hours before I recived a messege from Admob banning the same app, basically because the Google Play ban. Now the app is once again online in GP, but any time i fill out the Admob form to appeal application that were reinstated here https://support.google.com/admob/? I recived the same automatic email:

"GOOGLE PLAY REMOVAL: AdMob publishers are not permitted to abuse or promote the abuse of any Google product, such as Google Play, YouTube, or Blogger. This includes circumventing, or providing the means to circumvent, the policies or terms of these or other Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos.
If your app is removed by Google Play policy enforcement, please contact Google Play about an app removal here. If Google Play reinstates your app, please submit an appeal to our team"

So, the automatic respond is telling me to do exactly what I'm doing, which is "If Google Play reinstates your app, please submit an appeal to our team". We all know google support is not the best. I anybody knows what to do in a case like this, I will really appreciate it the help.
