Hi fellow warriors!

I am lucky and privileged to join Warriorforum
as it has been a catalyst to my success in Adsense.

Nowadays, most of my full time income comes from
building Adsense niche authority sites ever since
I got retrenched due to the financial crisis in 2008.

Thankfully, I managed to pick myself up and have been
dabbling in Adsense ever since and decide to contribute
to this thread since there are no updated Adsense guide
available yet to provide resource in making money from
Adsense for 2015.

Here are some screenshoot to prove that making money
from Adsense is possible even today!

Proof that the amount has been PAID into my Bank account EVERY SINGLE MONTH!.

Start by stop trying to find long tail keywords with low competition
and creating articles per keyword based on the keywords cause
you will struggle to make an income and even get ranked with in Google.

What we are building is a established business Adsense model that
can provide income on autopilot. The first place to look is usually those
well-established authority sites that has been ranking well for your niche.

From there, you can target the higher volume keywords with your long tail
content related keywords with-in your content. Essentially, creating content
that is full of targeted and related information can effectively reach out to
multiple streams of keyword volume immediately.

I always start with using google keyword planner and look for volumes of
20,000 and higher and never ever make the mistake of looking at CPC.

I break down to 20,000 into 2 or sometimes even 4 keywords depending
on the niche. Then find the related keywords (long tails) with smaller volumes
for each of the main keywords.

Self-sufficient is the keyword- volume 22,200

After you have your heading body title targeting high volume and your
sub categories, you need your long tail keywords to be constructively
placed within your article.

So Eg, self-sufficient home - is your H3 Title, let's find a few long tails.
Below you can see in google search its recommendations for the word.
You can take this a step further.

At the bottom of google search you can see more suggested keywords
related to your niche. Make sure you select from related keywords to your
title and then build on this.

Then I check out the competition on the first page for the main keywords.
I'm looking for week content sites with poor D/A and P/A using Open site explore.

Once you have found this data and you have decided you can outrank them.
It's time to build better valuable/more compelling/engaging content than your
competitions to overtake them in the serps.

I will cover more about this soon.

Hope this tip helps.

UPDATE: As much as I try my best to reply to some of your queries,
do understand some of the tasks are very time consuming and it will take
awhile for me to get back with your answer.

Do try to post it in the thread so I don't have to answer the same question
personally every time in the PM box.

Priority will always be given to the questions in the thread.

Thanks for the support and enthusiasm, I will do my best to help all of you.

    Thanks for this!

    Questions:

    1) How many posts/articles do you have on your site?

    2) How much traffic did you need per month to make 1000?

      Hi theactor19!

      1) 200-400. It varies depending on the niche and quality of the articles.

      2) It depends on the niche. I would not worry about calculating a traffic amount/cpc/ to work out your final income. Instead, focus on building an authority site with valuable content to your targeted audience.

      Hope it helps.

        Hi

I am fairly new to the adsense game I just recently started the seo self taught and in training......of course I haven't gotten any clicks and so far I am getting anywhere from 3 to 10 visitors a day (thats not so bad for a rookie still in training mode to start seeing 'some' visitors) for now to my article website in which I have only optimized 3 articles of the 10 to 15 more left to optimize.....

Question is how do you do exactly what you have in your quote??

So, as I understand it I need to write/outsource 200 to 400 articles per site?
Any help on how to get this amount of articles done at an affordable price?

        Thanks again.

It is possible to earn from Adsense, but not for everyone. Many complain that their earnings have decreased in the last few years, so Adsense works, but it's not as profitable as it used to be, IMO.

You are right that Adsense is not for everyone as different people has different strengths in different areas online, eg blogging, ecommerce(ebay) or even coding.

However, it is the easiest platform to earn money so far and it has been working since the dawn of Google.

I am not sure where you get the statistics from on your statement that "earnings has decreased in the last few years", but for me, as apparent from the screen shoot, earning has went up for me.

Hence, I will update this thread with more tutorials and answering most of your questions on how to grow and leverage on Google growth without facing a backlash from their animal updates and suspension.

I agree. I think it's important for those just starting out to realize that you NEVER want to put all of your eggs in one basket aka you can't make a sustainable living (5-10 years) just off of Adsense alone...

We all know how finicky Google can be.

That being said, this is a FANTASTIC post with more substance than most WSO's...

Approach making money online with the "multiple streams" mindset and you'll do just fine for many years to come...

Adsense, affiliate income, product creation, email marketing... spread it out!

I agree. Diversification is always a key to stability.

That's why I diversify between different sites with different structures to diversify the risk in Adsense.

Diversification of your assets should not be confused with diversification of efforts in your online assets cause it will lead to mediocre results at its best.

I only encourage you to move on from Adsense ONLY if you have succeed in it and have a constant and passive income from Adsense to focus on other ventures.

The line "Jack of all trades, Master of none" exist for a reason.

Moreover, Google don't slap and ban sites for no reason as long as you adhere to their terms and condition and constantly produce quality content for them.

Most of the whiners who rant about it are always those who try to manipulate the Adsense system and try to dissuade others from attempting it.

Hi Enigma: I save the keyword ad planner tool to my desktop. I have been using adsense for about a decade and still cannot clearly understand how to use it properly aside from the basic steps although I do have it on my CARTOONS | CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS | CARTOON SERVICES | DAILY WEB COMIC which has 8400 pages throughout and roughly 4000 different images throughout, I generate very little. I need to study your screenshots here a little better. I'm also trying to understand the ad overlays aspect . . . .

      Hi Toivo,

Have you tried changing your ad locations?

Ads within the content tend to perform better.

      Some pointers for your website
      1. Do consider removing the Adsense ads from your header and move this into your content.

      2. Also have you tried A/B testing with adsense colors?
Try this for a month and see how you perform over the month.

      Hi sickbaomei,

Traffic is all natural from search engines/ google/ bing/ yahoo etc. Once you have sites with valued content and with some basic on-page optimized techniques, your content will drive traffic to your site.

      I will cover on-page optimizations shortly .

Currently, I have about 4 sites and also a new site is on the pipeline.

One of the 4 sites have never had any back links, it is just pure optimised and engaging content and it has been one of my best performing sites so far! This shows you that content goes a long way if you do it right.

        Enigma:

I too, thought of moving that banner at top into my content. However, I believe the large rectangle is what you mean? How would you do it if you can glance at my site? (CARTOONS | CUSTOM ILLUSTRATIONS | CARTOON SERVICES | DAILY WEB COMIC) See that daily image maybe above that? The daily image is 500 pixels wide EVERY day...a static image size....so am wondering.

Colors, yes, I need to consider that and in fact...was thinking more "subtle" like beige coloring. I have been busy otherwise adding more images in a specific catalog which has taken time away from all of that. But yes, I do in fact appreciate your input and sure others do...congrats on your recent success btw - nice seeing someone working from a positive angle and taking time to comment.

I currently have a verified adsense account which i got from my youtube channel(aka non hosted adsense account), can i use in to monitize my site as well?
I would also like to know if there is a minimum word length per article when it comes to writing article for an adsense site? I am a freelance article writer myself, so writing 200-500 article for a website would not be a problem at all.

I agree with AffiliateBeast! Thanks for these shots you made of my page....was thinking the same way when you suggested those new potential ad placements. I actually have a custom theme in my WordPress account. I am able to do a few things on my own (like deleting that current banner ad in my "header.php") but want to take some time to look at those "post pages" I use for displaying my content. Like I say, I have roughly 8500 pages (maybe more!)

-you are able to use your youtube verified adsense account for your site so that is not a problem.
-Being a freelance writer this should be a joy for you! My advise find is to a niche to get started.
-main pages from 1000 words and upwards
-content pages can lead from 700 upwards.

Quality is important. Always remember to engage your audience.

    Hi Toivo,

You have a few options. Try using custom size and responsive.

With the new update from google (mobile-friendly) started on the 21 of April, I would advise making your Ad Size responsive to these changes.

    Hi Arafet,

Keep it simple. Any wordpress template that is responsive will do.

Beside, HTML5 template will be costlier than wordpress template and you will have issues upgrading it too in the later stages. (Since you have to code the upgrades yourself rather than getting the same individual functionalities from the widely available plugins for wordpress)

        Hi toivo,

        Glad to help!

#1. The advantage of the asynchronous code is that it guaranteed never to get in the way of other parts of your web page loading. This means that users will be able to load the content of your pages, even if they’re having trouble loading the ads. Mobile users in particularly will enjoy less latency when loading web pages.

Definitely nothing much to be concerned about.

#2. Always leave your ads as basic as possible. Let Google Ads handle all these issues they know your site better than anyone else (literally they do). These settings are more targeted if you know your audience preferences.

This can be one of the best performing ad units. Back in the days when i was an AdSense premium publisher i was asked to test this add unit out while they monitor the results! There are many reasons why it works.

This format provides a larger space for advertisers to get their message across and can offer users rich engagement.

Try size - 300x600 it presents visually impactful ad sizes that are preferred by brand advertisers offering the best cpc per ad.

Why give your user the chance to click on these links, when you have more profitable ad units displayed on the page?

You won't receive earnings for clicks on the topics except for clicks on the resulting page.

Almost 6-12 months across 4 different sites but I only spare 1-2 hours on it since I have other commitments in my life too.

    2) What is your average CPC
The average CPC is around £0.98.

The highest I have hit is £9.00 per click.

However, whenever I starting building the site, I don't look at CPC as part of my Adsense strategy.

Instead, I usually go for volume/traffic and the niche/audience to determine the CPC.

I will explain more about this later in the thread.

    3) What is your average RPM
There is no need to worry about this.

Let me know how you get on.

    Hey Devilfish

You should start to target more focused areas of your niche, as you can see i have built my title based on 2 keywords.

H1 Title-----Easy Hip Exercises for hip extensors
    Hip Exercises --12,100 traffic volume
    hip extensors--1,900 traffic volume

you can then see a list of related keywords for your content now you can build a targeted and authoritative article .

You can also see how i do my competition analysis, remember i am looking at weak sites within top 10-20 of google search for your keyword.

    hope this helps

        Hi Engima
Thanks for the great post. I've had may adsense account a long time and only used it for supplementary income; mostly for sidebar ads to fill blank-space on my site. I'm really keen to setup an authority site to grow my Adsense income from pennies to a worth-while income.

Thanks for sharing your tips and I will definitely be following this thread

          Nice post, Enigma.

I appreciate your generosity in sharing your Adsense experinces with us here.

I'm just curious, if you don't mind my asking, how much traffic you are getting to each site on average.

Also, in terms of SEO, do you do anything off-site, or do you go with the pure build it and they will come approach?

          Thanks again

            Thanks calculon.

As much as i want to, i do not feel comfortable with disclosing this information.

But what I will say is, its not as much as what people think or say.

Most of the work lies in correct ad placement /colours/content and having a reasonable CPC do helps in achieving my goal.

Also, in terms of SEO, do you do anything off-site, or do you go with the pure build it and they will come approach?

I do spend quite a lot on Off site back linking and I do have 1 site that has had no SEO Backlinking work done as it's ranking very well in search engines purely due to content and having people starting to share the site.

Don't make this harder than it is.

Even with the best SEO plan in place, your potential will be severely limited cause you will be either working your ass off or paying through the nose to rank in Google nowadays.

Most of my strategy lies in finding keywords rather than ranking for the keywords.

            Hope it helps.

              I see. Makes sense.

Thanks for the ad placement tips also.

Which brings up another question- do you use text plus graphic setting or text ads only? Since your ad layout looks like you don't include any image at the top of the page, I was wondering if maybe you set it to image only, and used the ad at the top as a replacement for an image there.

In general, I have found image ads do not get as good a CTR on my sites. Although I suppose it would depend on the niche topic.

              Thanks again.

Always use Image/Text ad units. Text seems to do better but I never just single out Image Ad units as this will also display Animated Image Ad and these tends to perform very well in regards to CPC !

I have been thinking about building content oriented website. I have interest in a particular health niche. I even have like 10,000 followers all related to that niche

Do you think it will work if I start posting 1000 words articles daily related to my niche so that like after three to four month I see traffic

I have even searched lots of long tail keywords for my site

If you start posting targeted content that is useful to your audience using your keyword research, I am sure you will start to see traffic to your site!

Once you have established a few great articles, you can post a link a day on your FB fan page to your articles as this will help your articles get some social signals ..tweets/shares/google + etc etc

Yes, it does work! You can optimize your images with keyword targeting! If there is a search volume for that picture, you can optimize the image and maybe add a small description on what the image is about and why.

This is how wallpaper sites rank for keywords!

But do not use a keyword that is not related to the image. I will show you shortly how to optimize an image for keyword targeting shortly.

Keep your eyes peeled for updates.

Great work in a tough field. A few questions.

$1900/month income - is that per site, 4 sites combined, how many sites combined?

You indicate you spend 1-2 hours ... Can you clarify that?

Is it 1-2 hours in total for all sites combined? Or 1-2 hours per site?

Is it 1-2 hours per day, per week, per month?

    Thanks!

      Hi Pokerdawg,

These earnings are from the 4 sites combined together.

When I first stated out, I was just learning like you do but I decided put in as much time as I could into my sites cause I knew there was a lot of potential (mostly passive income behind it).

I spend about 2 hour a day on each site on average.
Most of the time is used to research keywords and content planning like I have shown in my previous posts.

I have a new site about 2 weeks old and I spend about 4-6 hours a day on my NEW site since Adsense is my full time hobby now. This is a huge site for me with no backlinks planned and just pure compelling content (this is my goal) but most of my time for this project is spent on researching and content planning so when my writers know what and how to write for my site.

      Hope this helps.

P.S It is not as tough as it looks if you persist. It helps when most people give up before they reach their goal.

Waoh!!! This is quite impressive Engima. You are blessed beyond words for doing this. Well, I see someone suggesting you create a site and get people pay to register on it for your tutoring. Personally, i'll say that such idea would be a wonderful one nevertheless, but if that never crossed your mind when you started this thread, please don't do it. There are things you do in life and it creates more satisfaction than money especially when such thing was done out of passion like what you are doing now. However, if you choose to create a site for this, i'll still come to patronize you but let such decision comes from your mind and not because someone suggested to you.

And now, I have few questions:
    1. Can you suggest a hot niche for us?
    2. What SEO plugins do you know for .blogspot users?
    3. How many posts (atleast) can I have on my blog before applying for adsense?
    4. I saw something up there: "Your ads aren't running because we haven't received a payment", what does that mean?
    5. Do you advice we buy traffic for our sites? If yes, would google accepts it? Would they know about it?
    6. When did you start working with adsense, how was your graduation like via number of post vs. monthly earning?
    7. What are main best practices to avoid problem with google?

Am sorry the questions are many.

      Hey samuelson00,

It's a fantastic idea! But i think for now this is equally rewarding for me to offer advise and help those who are interested in earning a living from AdSense. There is a valuable point there and that it still is possible to make an income with AdSense if you know what you are doing. So i am glad to help out here.

      1. Can you suggest a hot niche for us?
Look around you! There are so many possibilities but generally hobby niches do very well. Take a look at Amazon and look at some products to work out how you can build around it. Its a great resource for starter.

      2. What SEO plugins do you know for .blogspot users?
I would advise you to start on a free wordpress account which you can then upgrade to a domain and hosting! Use your blogger just to post 1 article every 2 weeks as a personal blog.

      3. How many posts (atleast) can I have on my blog before applying for AdSense?
There is no limit! But what is more important is that AdSense teams can see a unique content and useful site and you will be fine.

      4. I saw something up there: "Your ads aren't running because we haven't received a payment", what does that mean?
This is my keyword research account used for finding niches and keywords ideas.

      5. Do you advice we buy traffic for our sites? If yes, would google accepts it? Would they know about it?
Never buy traffic for your Adsense account. It's not worth the RISK and money! Never put your account at risk! They know everything!! I have been on the phone with a personal AdSense publisher manager and believe me they know everything as its all tracked!

      6. When did you start working with adsense, how was your graduation like via number of post vs. monthly earning?
I have been working with AdSense for well over 7 years. But it's only recently I have seen profits in the last 4 years as it takes time to find out what works and what don't work. (Yes, I have been in your shoes before as well)
Nowadays, I took around 6 months to grow a site to profitability with the exact same formula.

      7. What are main best practices to avoid problem with google?
Duplicate content. The rules have never been changed and it never will.

Always strive for quality in your articles so you get repeated customers coming back to your site. (and powerful ranking from Google as well)

    Hey Herschel-W,

If you can write the content yourself, you will save more money that way!

When I first started out, I wrote it myself too and it was terrible. (It is still terribly obvious now if you read on :/)

But as the Adsense earnings start to pile up, I manage to to use some of it to hire good writers and from then on, everything starts to grow from there.

Nowadays, most of my earnings run on autopilot cause I have a system in place.

    My advice when starting out
-If you post 1 article of 500-800 words once every day or once every 2 days and follow my methods above, you will start to see traffic over the 1-3 month.

Once you see this traffic, this will start to motivate you to write more content. Start small and most importantly, start doing something.

    1) Month 1-post about 20-30 articles (one per day or every 2days ) end of month you should have 20-30articles

    2) Month 2-post about 20-30 articles (one per day or every 2days ) end of month you have 40-60articles
Build it slowly and you should start to see traffic by following this method.

Any help on how to get this amount of articles done at an affordable price?
I will give some tips on this shortly.

If you have 2 hours a day and have at least a grade 12 in English, do it yourself!

Don't burn yourself out before you finish the race.

    I hope this helps.

Try to reach 500-800 words per article and a few images will goes a long way too.

A link or 2 (if related to content) to other online authority sites like below will help alot.
      www.wikihow.com/
      Wikipedia

Other links related to authority sites in your article also help! Do not be afraid to link to your competitors!

Do you use any plugins to prevent click fraud?
      Try this for Word Press

      Hi codedman,

This is the risky side when you are running AdSense in forums with software!

What type of software are we talking about here?

If the software is developed by you, it should be fine as long as they are safe and not malicious to end-users.

It will be useful if I have more information to work it out for you.

      Hi there codedman,

      domain to limitedsite.com
This site has a reason for concern.

I need to scroll down to get to the forum which will lead to a ban.

Adsense should supplement your content and not take over your site.

You will not get approval for this site.

      sendsms.com.ng and havilahhost.com
      There is nothing wrong here.

Follow my tips above to help with ad placements but i do think you need more content on sendsms.com.ng

      allsoftware.com.ng
I am concerned with some of the software like, Windows 8.1 KMS Activator | OGBONGE LODGE OF SOFTWARES. Google has ZERO tolerance on software piracy.

      Hi engima,

      Thanks for the useful post.

The ad placement you are suggesting below is against adsense policy (see the text below directly from Google's website):

"Publishers may not place more than one "large" ad unit per page. We define a "large" ad unit as any unit similar in size to our 300x600 format. For example, this would include our 300x1050 and 970x250 formats, our 750x200 and 580x400 regional formats, and any other custom sized ad with comparable dimensions."

Did you have any problem with the ad placement you are suggesting?

      Hi Enigma,

First off, I'd like to say that your thread has to be one of the most helpful, informative, and inspirational threads ever on this forum. Thank you for the time and effort you have put in to this labor of love.

Having read it through to the end, I have a couple of questions that unless my memory fails me I did not see addressed so far.

Back in post #81 you gave us a graphic detailing the best ad placement examples, showing the site Self Sufficiency Magazine - Ideas For Living A Self Sufficient Lifestyle. I looked up the site and noticed that the content seems to be entirely curated. Very well done, great info but curated. Could you address the use of curated content in achieving success with these sites?

I have come across a lot of courses teaching curation, but these courses also recommended using paid traffic and this is something I want to avoid, as taught by you in other posts also.

Given the vast amount of content we must produce, and the other posts in this thread suggesting that our content be completely unique, does curation work for these sites? If so, could you give us some best practices? It sure would be a time saver to use curation, but I don't want to do it if you recommend against it.

It may be that the site selfsufficiencymagazine.com was only shown to us for the ad placement example, and not for any other reason, but I did find myself spending a lot of time checking the site out, so whoever's site it is, they are doing a great job with it, at least from a casual visitor's experience.

My second question deals with domains. Using selfsufficiencymagazine.com for instance could we use subdomains and still see success? For instance, selfsufficiency.magazine.com. This would allow us to save some money, especially on domain renewals. Not trying to be a cheapskate, but sometimes money is tight and also it would allow us to test some new ideas without added expense.

Again thanks for all the time and attention you have put into this thread.

        hi Cloudfoot,

It is a pleasure to help and I am honored to receive your great feedback.

I hope I am able to clear your doubts with my answers.

Curated content tends to be used for social content hence that's the reason why you find curated content are heavily promoted with paid traffic.

However, if you are focusing on free traffic or SEO, it will goes against you if use curated content for your site. (duplicate content is a big no-no in SEO)

Personally, I follow Wikipedia in regards to level and quality of content.

If I have a question, i always seems to find the answer on Wikipedia.

The in-depth information it provides is priceless.

Pay attention to the way the content is played out.

You will have the summary at the top, contents, references and external links
and a huge resource page of information linking out to other great resources.

In regards to your second question, I would advise against using subdomains.

Focus your resource on one site and take that as a project to build and expand on.

It is more productive and easier to put your efforts into 1 big project than multiple smaller projects.

Nowadays, most of my full time income comes from building Adsense niche authority sites ever since I got retrenched due to the financial crisis in 2008.

Thankfully, I managed to pick myself up and have been dabbling in Adsense ever since and decide to contribute to this thread since there are no updated Adsense guide available yet to provide resource in making money from Adsense for 2015.

Here are some screenshoot to prove that making money from Adsense is possible even today!

Proof that the amount has been paid into my bank account.

Start by stop trying to find long tail keywords with low competition and creating articles per keyword based on the keywords cause you will struggle to make an income and even get ranked with in Google.

What we are building is a established business Adsense model that can provide income on autopilot. The first place to look is usually those well-established authority sites that has been ranking well for your niche.

From there, you can target the higher volume keywords with your long tail content related keywords with-in your content. Essentially, creating content that is full of targeted and related information can effectively reach out to multiple streams of keyword volume immediately.

I always start with using google keyword planner and look for volumes of 20,000 and higher and never ever make the mistake of looking at CPC.

I break down to 20,000 into 2 or sometimes even 4 keywords depending on the niche. Then find the related keywords (long tails) with smaller volumes for each of the main keywords.

Self-sufficient is the keyword- volume 22,200

After you have your heading body title targeting high volume and your sub categories, you need your long tail keywords to be constructively placed within your article.

So Eg, self-sufficient home - is your H3 Title, let's find a few long tails.
Below you can see in google search its recommendations for the word. You can take this a step further.

At the bottom of google search you can see more suggested keywords related to your niche. Make sure you select from related keywords to your title and then build on this.

Then I check out the competition on the first page for the main keywords. I'm looking for week content sites with poor D/A and P/A using Open site explore.

Once you have found this data and you have decided you can outrank them. It's time to build better valuable/more compelling/engaging content than your competitions to overtake them in the serps.

I will cover more about this soon.

    Hope this tip helps.

UPDATE: As much as I try my best to reply to some of your queries, do understand some of the tasks are very time consuming and it will take awhile for me to get back with your answer.

Do try to post it in the thread so I don't have to answer the same question personally everytime.
Priority will always be given to the questions in the thread.

Thanks for the support and enthusiasm, I will do my best to help all of you.
Thanks for great resource, waiting for your next post.

    Hi Engima, this is inspiring.

I couldn't find any info regarding placing call to action on custom search. I want to place the adsense custom search on my site, but I would like to encourage visitor to use the custom search. So, can I place a call to action title like 'search here to find more information' above the custom search bar? I intend to place it in the content and side bar. Will this against adsense TOS?

And do you have example of disclaimer pages that I should put on adsense site? I just copy from other people site, but I'm not sure if they are sufficient.

    Thanks.

Correct. This is 100% against AdSense TOS,
Please do not do this! Your account will be at risk. You are free to add search bars anywhere on your site but definitely not with call-to-action.

And do you have example of disclaimer pages that I should put on adsense site? I just copy from other people site, but I'm not sure if they are sufficient.

Disclaimer page is not an Adsense requirement but I always use a disclaimer page just to be safe.
There is a short guideline here.

    Hi,

You said: "I break down to 20,000 into 2 or sometimes even 4 keywords depending
on the niche." So does this mean you sometimes use two 10,000 or four 5,000 volume, and use all four in an article? Along with long tail keywords? I ask because when doing keyword research I have not found many niches with enough 20,000 plus volume keywords, definitely not enough to support 400 articles.

    Thanks,

    Ruth

      Hello RuthStewart,

      Good Question!

The example i show is to produce content for 1 main page of a site.

You would naturally have another 4 or even 6 pages on different sub headings.

      Example
If i where to develop this site, I could also develop another page on sustainable agriculture (keyword volume 12,100), and follow the keyword methods as describes to build more content into this article.

You need to identify what is most important content for your audience then you can decide what is best for your main body articles (pages)..

Once your main articles (Pages) are established you then need smaller articles to be written under each main body article(page) that is related to that subject. Average search volume varies from 8000-100 in search volume and the article can vary from 400 words to even 3000 words

Then follow the same process to identify keywords but with less volume as naturally there will be less volume for these.

      Hope this helps

        1. So your articles are pages, rather than posts? Is that correct?

        2. Do you allow comments on your articles?

        3. Do you have dates on your articles/posts?

          Hi sprucehill,

          1. Yes you are right.

          2. I do allow comments as this allows people to engage in the article.

          3. There is no real need for it unless you are working on a time scale for your readers like news sites or product launch sites. Moreover, Google is quick to pick up your sites post date activity even your don't have dates on your articles.

          Hope it helps.

To even get more traffic I would recommend to setup a Fanpage on Facebook, that links back to your website with a little (funny or controversial) comment on Facebook for EACH of your posts, and maybe in the beginning do some Facebook Like campaign ads to get traction and get a viral factor.

        Hi FuturityWeb;
to ask your opinion on using Adsense Optimised Wordpress themes; would you consider using such a Themes?
        eg...

        1. HeatMap Theme
        2. CTR Theme
        3. Socrates Theme

Personally I like to stay away from themes that is meant for Adsense cause that is precisely what Adsense hate when user focus more on maximising their earnings than on their users.

I have my own custom WP template for all my sites as I like my sites to look like user based sites and not made for increasing AdSense CTR.

To give you an idea, I use templates that look like these below and most of the time i do not have ad units on the front page regardless of what my AdSense adviser will recommend.

        Bdayh | Theme: Renad
        Splash Theme | MyThemeShop
        Bdayh | Theme: Magic

But if you are running AdSense i would be very careful with Facebook ad traffic! There has been many instances of reports on people getting their AdSense accounts banned with the use of Facebook!

Thanks wyvern2. Tags are not one of the requirements but I would still use them on your site to keep some organization in place.

            Hi Engima ,

how about boasting a post which I post one of my site link under my face book page.

            will get ban?

              Ok, let's make this clear.

FB ads are a risk cause Google see it as a way of manipulating Adsense earnings.

Personally, if you use a fan page to promote your articles organically, you should have lesser risk of getting banned.

This is my personal take on this issue so you may agree or disagree but it has been working for me.

I don't post to my followers everyday too.

It is usually 3-5 times per month so the risk is reduced further.

so the issue is if the link to the site comes from a paid ad rather than just a link on a FB timeline or fan page?

                  than previous week...

hmm I doing the same as usual never change
                  in put new contents.

ad setting suggested with great help from Engima I didn't changed
as Engima told me left it for one month see how.

I wonder you all traffic suddenly down?

Lastly presently I just concentrate one site.
I don't wish or plan to set up another sites...

possible just one site and I fully concentrate it to earn much ..compare to those own few adsense sites?

      Sorry for overlooking your post.

      You should be fine.

Just please ensure your traffic source is clean as google knows all

Also Placing a skyscraper ad unit above the fold on the left side of your forum can produce slightly better performance.

Best practice and results is when you just write your article naturally! Try not to reach over 2-3% within your article.

Also, how old can a blog be before being used for AdSense?

When applying for AdSense, you can apply with a basic new site but you must insure you have nice direction for your site with a few original articles.

Hello Engima, thank you for your response. But please I don't understand the percentage expression when relating it with numbers. Please throw more light on it. By the way, I always allow my articles to flow naturally while bringing in the keyword phrases where necessary. But how many times can this be done in a single article?

                Hi Samuelson00,

                1% of 100 = 1

So if you have 100 words you will use your keyword once within a 100 word article.
                Hope this helps.

      Hi Engima,
I just found your thread and read everything written so far. I want to say a big THANK YOU for your time, effort and all the information that you are providing. Recently I launched a website for free images and I decided to include adsense when you view an image in lightbox. I was accepted for the program but after reading your thread I started to think that google might not like this. So far I had no problems but I have almost no traffic. Do you think that a website with images only could do well with adsense? You mentioned earlier in the post about optimizing images. I downloaded SEO for wordpress but I use it only for the pages. Any ideas and tips will be much appreciated.

@nas1ko I've just had a look at your site and your idea for Ad Placements is unique, so I LIKE it. I'm no Adsense Pro, but the problem I think you will be facing here is getting Adsense to display Ads that are relevant to your image or users needs.

You will have to spend some time optimising all your images. Wordpress SEO (by Yoast) has the functionality for you to add META info for all the images and I think you will have to do this for every image. I think your image descriptions will also have to be more detailed so Google can get a better idea of the topic, so it can post more relevant Ads

The way I see it; right now you will get a few accidental clicks, but since the ads are not relevant to the Image Topic/Category there's no reason to click it.

Thank you for your reply @FuturityWeb. I noticed that the ads are irrelevant to my pictures even though I have description, alt text and keywords embedded in the meta data using Photoshop. I was thinking to use SEO on each image, but I thought that the meta data will be enough. I guess SEO works best with text because it reads my gallery page as poorly optimized and without images. I don't know much about coding but I guess it may be because of the lightbox plugin. I'm new to all this so still got a lot to learn. Thank you very much for your help and advices.

            Hi nas1ko,

As mentioned before, ads can be displayed from 2 forms; Interest-based or Contextual AdSense.

Google can decide on what best suits the audience of your site.
Also the Geo location of the audience have an important role on the ad to display too.

There are too many variables to control what ad will be shown on your site.
If you want to restrict certain ads, you can implement Allow & Block Ads from you AdSense account.

For example, if you own a beauty salon site and did not want to display Vehicle advertisements. You are able to block this type of ad but remember there are some limitations to the number of ad categories you can block.

Google knows your site better than you think!

It doesn't just read 1 page of your sites, but rather the whole site.

This includes meta tags/Discriptions/Hedings/summaries/images/alt tags etc over 200 different variables.

This allows AdSense to display relevant images. AdSense also is not displaying content driven advertisements because it is also displaying Interest-based advertisements.

Take a closer look in your AdSense accounts and under Targeting Type you will see Interest-based. Interest-based means if you have recently searched for forex trading, and when you decide to visit home improvement site. Google will be given the choice to decide if forex trading ad is more relevant to the user even though you are on a home improvement site.

SEO by Yoast is a great plugin but this is not essential for image optimization! I always manually optimize my images! That's way you get better results.

Though, you are right that you do need to clearly describe your images.

Great to hear this post is helping many people to understand the AdSense Ad Network and its Profitability when it is done correct!

I have taken a look at your site and I am a bit concerned about your Ad locations.

It is interesting that you have not received any notification within your account.

Take a good look at these sites as good example of AdSense Ad locations on wallpaper sites.

The idea is not to encourage clicks this may result to a banned account. The theory behind larger ad units is to display rich type ads eg: image and animated ads as these tends to perform better as they attracted the viewer .

this is the message i just got from google

    Your AdSense application status

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.
We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

Insufficient content: To be approved for AdSense and show relevant ads on your site, your pages need to have enough text on them for our specialists to review and for our crawler to be able to determine what your pages are about.
To resolve this issue, please work through the following suggestions:
    • Make sure that your pages have sufficient text - websites that contain mostly images, videos or Flash animations will not be approved.
    • Your content should contain complete sentences and paragraphs, not only headlines.
    • Ensure that your website is fully built and launched before you apply for AdSense - do not apply while your site’s still in a beta or “under construction” phase or only consists of a website template.
    • Place the ad code on a live page of your website. It does not have to be the main page, but test pages that are empty except for the AdSense ad code will not be approved.
    • Provide a clear navigation system for your visitors so that they can easily find all of the sections and pages of your website.
    • If you’d like to monetize YouTube videos, please apply for the YouTube monetization program. Note that blogs and websites that contain only videos will not be approved
what i dont seems to understand is that
1 Make sure that your pages have sufficient text = my website have this
2 Your content should contain complete sentences and paragraphs = my website have this
3 Ensure that your website is fully built and launched before you apply for AdSense= my website is fully built via smf and its over 1year

4 Place the ad code on a live page of your website = no ad code was sent to me

5 Provide a clear navigation system for your visitors so that they can easily find all of the sections and pages of your website = this i have done before now

    what else can i do

      Hi Engima,
Thank you for your reply. I saw the website for wallpapers which you gave as an example for good adsense placement. After browsing arround I saw that they have as well integrated adsense into their lightbox image preview. I'll further check with the adsense forums and support regarding the placement of adsense in lightboxes.
You mentioned that you are manually optimizing your images. Can you please explain what do you mean by that. I'm using Photoshop for keywording, description, title and optimize the image for web. I'm also using wordpress library and SEO by Yoast for some additional fields. What else can be done to optimize an image?
      Thank you for your help

      Hi engima.

First of all thank you for all the time you are using creating the post and answering all our questions

And now, here are my questions:

      1) I read that your websites have 200/400 posts... What do you think about niche websites with 20-30 post? This system works too for this kind of websites? Is that important the volume of articles?

      2) I supose you add your websites to google webmaster tools... but are you adding to Bing/Yahoo webmaster tools?, Are you creating Facebook pages / Twitter / G+?

      3) Do you prefer big websites with different content (as news, portals, etc...) or niche websites (Forex, Football team, Diets, etc...)?

Kind regards and again thank you for your time and all the info you are giving us

        hello Citor,

        1) Yes. You can create websites with 20-30 posts but having more posts allow you to target more keywords and add more trust and value to your site.

        2) Yes. Always submit your site to GWTools and all others like Bing etc and yes I do create social fan pages as these usually grow with the site within a few months.

        3) I prefer to work with Authority niche sites as I find them easier to rank within the niches.

Hi enigma, thank you for starting this thread and sharing great insights on Adsense.

I have read most of the posts, though not done reading every single yet. I too am very interested in making some money via niche site/adsense.

You really shared alot, the DOs and DONTs which i am slowly absorbing.

As i am totally new in these, my plan was to buy a ready made niche site which will come with some unique articles (so they claim). After which I will either write or outsource the writing for the 1 article per 1 day or 2 day as you recommended. Also you recommended some page layout and ad placement, i will also check if they will be able to do it the way you recommended..

          Hi given,

          That's fine.

I am a little concerned on purchasing a ready made site unless you are fully aware what they have done.

Do check on all the outbound links and the quality of the articles they provide.

Personally I would rather have you focused on the main articles and outsource your smaller articles.

Glad you are finding my resource a great place to learn!

Thanks! Now you are scaring me a little though. What do you mean by outbound links? How can I go about checking them and what exactly to check on them? Articles I will be checking via copyscape for uniqueness and the grammar/punctuation personally. Main articles do you mean the big post in your latest illustration and smaller articles the small posts under the big post? Also I have yet to get domain and hosting, there are many different views on whether MNS works well with EMD, so im in a dilemma.

              Hello Given,

I am just giving you a word of caution when buying from sellers ready made Adsense sites.

There is always a window of opportunity for the seller to add in a backlink from your site to their sites. Not saying this has happened but it is always best to double check all your links.

The illustration layout how it will all interlink.

Invest in a branding domain so you can grow out your site rather than just having everything related to a particular niche.

Thank you! it was about 2 to 3 months until I see some earning from it and 6 to 12 months until I began to live on my AdSense for a living!

      Hard work do pays off.

Sometimes people do not realise how easy it really is as long as you put in dedicated time with some knowledge on what you are doing you will be rewarded.

    Hi Engima,

I have a few questions. Hope you can answer.

You mention no link building but just adding content to rank. Is it possible to rank by itself to page one with the targeted keywords.

How long it takes your site without backlinking to rank first page and how much your site made?

    Thanks.

      Hey Jeffreys,

Yes. From my recent testing, one of my sites that doesn't have any backlinks is outranking sites where i have built backlinks.

However, the only drawback is that it takes about 2-3 months longer to notice rank increase compared to back linked sites.

Typically, it takes around 4-5 months to see the growth in traffic but this also depends on the keywords you decide to target and the quality and value of your content.

The keyword volume I am targeting for this site is 45,000 at the moment.

Is there a site that offers articles for free?
    Can I use Blogger Blogs?
How much time thing for taking to occupy the first place?

      Hi amigo007 ,

      1. As far as I am concerned, I have not come across such sites offering free content. However, I would recommend you to do some research on the topic you want to write about for an hour and make some notes to facilitate the creation of article for your site.

      2. Sure blogger is a great way to start.

      3. It's very hard to give a specific time frame on reaching the coveted top spot as it's dependent on competition and your content.

Hosting on Blogger and writing on your own don't cost a single penny anyway.

I prefer to keep it here so everyone can benefit from others question too.

@amigo007 - Getting started with no $$$ is a nightmare I know. Been there and done that (4-5 Years ago). Things have changed since I started online and there are more suitable FREE options available now. Some options are:
      1. You can start blogging & writing articles on sites like www.hubpages.com, which allows you to monitize your content with Adsense & Amazon Ads.
      2. You can create a blog on Blogger.com or Wordpress.com; again both allow for monitization
      3. Get a FREE Domain with Hosting at www.dot.tk & install Wordpress on this domain.
Going the FREE route is something I had to do, as I lost everything in the 2008/9 financial crash. I am only now getting out of the mess & it is purely due to persistence. Some get lucky very quickly, some just figure this 'Make Money Online Thing' out quickly and for the rest: Set a Goal & don't give up.

      one thing I still puzzled.

usually our site beside adsense ad , we also have other ads like perhaps from click bank etc.

my theme is suitable for mobile view

due to my nature of the theme

when come mobile mode I might " need to give up one adsense ad " as we all know per page
      max is 3 adsense ad.

So I wonder is it a " Must" every page must have 3 adsense ad in order to squeeze a bit more to earn?

        Hi Devilfish,

It is not necessary at all.

Personally, I only have 1 ad unit on my front page and 3 ad units on other pages.

This is just a personal preference due to my niche.

Most of my audience are ad blind (yea, trust me it is a headache)

However, I always prioritize pleasant reading experience (good customer experience) over the revenue of the site as I am sure my adsense income would increase if I give what my customers wants.

      Hi AuthorityDomains,

I am glad the information is of a great help to you.

      1. I prefer new domains but it is just a personal choice.
Aged domain can have a positive effect if it is done correctly.

But you must ensure there are clean backlinks/no bans etc

If you purchase a domain that was related to garden flowers and then decide to build a site on the new domain for cat toys, then you could have some issues with domain history relevancy based on the back link history

      2. I have noticed that domains that are brandable have better performance due to user experience. For example www.bestgardenflowers.com is not as appealing as GardenGEEK home or www.gardenersWorld.com

Moreover, you can grow this site into something much bigger to allow it to open the door to more opportunities.

So branding is the way to go.

      Hi Samuelson00,

One of the main reason is Wordpress is built to be customizable and it takes care of your SEO work.

Moreover, you can have a custom domain all by yourself instead of having .blogspot in it.

Affiliate link is fine if you do not over do it.

I have affiliate Amazon links placed on my sites too and earn commissions every now and then.

Most of my links are within the content and I do not had any problem with my traffic from Google.

Just remember to balance your site with authority content and add in your links naturally.

Very nice guide on how to start earning good money from your blog. But I think you should diversify your income sources and not depend too much on Adsense. There have been many stories of people getting their adsense accounts banned for no apparent reasons which brought a sudden end to their income after months or maybe years of hard work.

Adsense don't ban for no apparent reasons.

Most of the bans are due to people trying to manipulate Adsense earnings.

      Hi SEO2ever!

      Thanks for the kind words.

      1. My strategy do works for all kind of niches. Of course, it will take more time for tough niches like health.

I would advise finding a branding name for your health niche and start to develop pages in sub-niches that is not that competitive under health niche . In this way, you will be able to grow your site faster and bigger (or as big as your niche allows)

      2. Of course you can.

      Hi Michael,

      That depends on the niche.

I always keep the best performing posts on my front page for broader content that is always updated with latest news and trends.

I use static home page only when content is very detailed and has many other resources linked to other sites. However, this type of site is not updated regularly, eg, "how to maintain a ford car".

        Hi Devilfish168,

This is quite normal cause it depends on the type of ads being displayed.

Let the data settle for a week so you can decide on how to make changes for further ad optimization.

Hmm in the end I convert back to all responsive ..

while on mobile ...if hold vertically the adsense ad appear half depend what advertisements.

          but hold horzitonal can.

hmm interesting why must let the date settle for a week?

next ...actually in adsense we should aim Clicks instead traffic?

I noticed despite having large traffic with no clicks ...earn lesser than those just having a small amount of traffic yet there are lots of clicks.

            Hi,

We need at least 1 week of data in Adsense to make adjustments.

            Every site performs differently.

With regards to your site, the very reason why you have fewer clicks is due to the load of data and images.

Lastly, do not aim for clicks, aim for traffic.

      Hi gcreationz,

Though application process for Adsense has been tightened over the years, the fundamentals remain the same.

Make sure you submit at least 3 unique articles.

You can use Copyscape to check for duplicate if any.

      Thanks.

      Good question Azizddf!

Responsive adds work a little differently as they don't display the optimum size all the time.

It will display the best ad size that's the most relevant to the visitor based on the ad type and budget. Eg. I can visit your site from my laptop and a small ad will be displayed as shown on your screen shoot cause that's the only ad being displayed from the current advertisers.

      I hope this makes sense.

However, I will be mindful with the number of ad units you have on your site.
You have too much of it in your site.

Nowadays, most of my full time income comes from

I got retrenched due to the financial crisis in 2008.

Thankfully, I managed to pick myself up and have been
dabbling in Adsense ever since and decide to contribute
to this thread since there are no updated Adsense guide
available yet to provide resource in making money from
    Adsense for 2015.

Here are some screenshoot to prove that making money
from Adsense is possible even today!

Proof that the amount has been paid into my
    bank account
    .

      Hi rpchelsea1996,

I don't have personal experience with any keyword tools.

These tools usually just speed up the process of finding good keywords.

And do you realize where are these tools getting those information from?

Yea, the good old and mighty Google.

So you are fine using the Keyword Planner that's available for free unless you are feeling rich.

Well, it's time to testify. I must say Engima has been so much of a blessing to many here including me. Based on inspirations I got here, I decided to start up something at http://www.ideaweb360.com. While trying to develop the site from my free blogger blog, I got engulfed with some challenges such that I wanted to parked up. I made posts and google bot refused to crawl them and because of that, I wasn't seen by google. I tried all I could and finally decided to turn to our coach which I never wanted to disturb again because he has done enough already. But thank God, he responded and we have been working underground to get the issues fixed. So he added the site to google webmaster tool, did some other magics am yet to find out from him and now the site has been fully indexed by google. Sure, am truly grateful to him and I believe there shouldn't be anyone here who should allow perceived challenges stop him/her from starting up something as a result of guides and inspirations of this thread. I also believe that together, we can surmount any challenge and press forward. So far, I have made six posts. You guys can check the site out and make recommendations where necessary. Am highly grateful especially to Engima and all who have contributed to the thread to make it a success. For now, my adsense button in blogger is still inactive and hence I cannot apply. Don't know why it's so after six posts and few months now. In any case, there's no going back. I'll keep pressing forward and in few months from now, I'll smile. Yes, I believe. I specially want to encourage everyone to take action, and if there be any challenge, you can call on me too. I can also help with the little I know. Cheers everyone.

      Hi marialou,

You can start backlinking once you have your content ready.

Always ensure that you have unique and quality backlinks.

Manual backlinking is always the best practice for optimized growth

    Great post.

We have seen Adsense earnings drop massively in the last few months though. We were once at a CPC of around £0.23 but now we are lucky if we get £0.10 - mainly lower than that.

The traffic has also dropped, its is becoming harder in my view. A few months ago we made £8500 in one month now we are lucky if we get close to £1000.

As always, Adsense and traffic changes. Maybe we just have to ride it out, maybe we have to completely change tactics.

There is some great stuff in here - for those who are doubting Adsense if you get it right it can work. I can assure you of that.

Another quick tip: Desktop traffic earns more than mobile.

The only way to get more traffic is to simply write more articles.

There is nothing much you can do with regards to bad days.

Keep focusing on writing more articles as it will generate more long tailed keywords
in order to increase your minimum average earnings, even on bad days.

      That's correct banx63.

Some months can be more profitable than others.

What really matter is your content and your quality links to your site.

In return, it will stabilize the traffic in order to generate constant and stable income for you.

Just ride it out the hard days and never ever give up!

I have a question that I hope you can answer on.

When making a new site, how frequently do you submit your articles? Do you post the 300 - 400 posts in a single day? Or do you build up the content slowly (e.g. 1-2 articles per week)?

      hi jasonlwe,

      It depends on the niche.

If it’s a niche that needs regular updates like news sites, then yes, 1 post every 2 days is fine.

But if you have evergreen niches like health niches, then you can have less posts, maybe 2 posts every 2 weeks is fine.

      Hi engima

Glad that you are helping all the fellow warriors, but I notice that your suggestions will lead to adsense ban. For example you are suggesting to use 2 custom size ads along with 300 x 600 size ads.

The rules from Adsense posted here for easy reference

      "Policies and restrictions

To ensure that ads continue to deliver a positive user experience, we've put a few restrictions in place around maximum and minimum pixels for ad sizes. Any custom-sized ads that fall outside of the restrictions below won't appear when placed on a page.
Custom-sized ads are required to adhere to the AdSense ad placement policies. Additionally, the following size restrictions will be enforced:
      • Only one dimension can be greater than 300 pixels
      • The minimum width is 120 pixels
      • The minimum height is 50 pixels
      • Neither height nor width can exceed 1200 pixels.
Please note that we may change these policies. If you implement custom-sized ads, please check back here to ensure that your sites are in compliance. As always, please use your best judgement when using custom-sized ad units; ad units similar in size to the 300x600 ad format will be subject to similar placement restrictions. Ads will not be served to ad units in violation of these restrictions. Bear in mind that the look and feel of your text ad units will depend on your ad unit dimensions.

      Ensuring proper ad placement

      Ad limit per page

Currently, on each page AdSense publishers may place:
Publishers may not place more than one "large" ad unit per page. We define a "large" ad unit as any unit similar in size to our 300x600 format. Hi Devilfish168,

I would advise having a Facebook page and promote your site on
your Facebook fan page to your followers to get targeted audience
organically instead of paying for Facebook ads.

Glad that you are helping all the fellow warriors, but I notice that your suggestions will lead to adsense ban. For example you are suggesting to use 2 custom size ads along with 300 x 600 size ads.

The rules from Adsense posted here for easy reference

        "Policies and restrictions

To ensure that ads continue to deliver a positive user experience, we’ve put a few restrictions in place around maximum and minimum pixels for ad sizes. Any custom-sized ads that fall outside of the restrictions below won’t appear when placed on a page.

For example, this would include our 300x1050 and 970x250 formats, our 750x200 and 580x400 regional formats, and any other custom sized ad with comparable dimensions.
However, keep in mind that placing the maximum number of allowed ad units on a page might result in it looking cluttered. Read our optimization guidelines for tips on where to place your ads. For best practices on custom sized ad units, review our custom-sized ad units page.
The above ad limits also apply to mobile sites. In addition, two or more AdSense ads may not appear on the screen at the same time on a mobile site."

Can you please explain me this ?

If the search term has 2500 search's low competition. But the bid is $0.05 So, it generates less revenue ? is it so ? Or still we should go for that not for high competition keywords ?

Hello solvemyhow, personally I only go for volume instead of high CPC.

By doing that, it gives more revenues and grow your site faster too.

If you target low search volume with high cpc, you will not achieve the optimal CPC due to your weak site authority.

You will only reach your high cpc once you have a strong authority site so it is way easier and faster if you go for volume first instead of high cpc.

Hope it makes sense to you.

Hi Engima, I copied this from your post on the 1st page.
The first place to look is usually those
well-established authority sites that has been ranking well for your niche.

From there, you can target the higher volume keywords with your long tail
content related keywords with-in your content.
Once we find the well established authority sites for the niche we are targeting, do we grab the keywords that they are ranking for and use that to build our own sites with long tail versions of those keywords found in the well established sites? Is that what you meant? Sorry, just starting out and everything is quiet blurry to me. Thanks.

      That is correct.

You can use that as a strategy for your articles.

However, you will need to structure your articles and
ensure they are well written to get more shares and likes.

      Hi chinedu86,

When I started out hiring writers, I started with iwriter.com
but currently for the past 8 months I have been using epicwrite.com

Both seems to do a great job in terms of quality of the articles
with a very reasonable price to tag with.

Bear in mind that you will need to provide clear instructions
so the writers know what they need to do.

      Hi fzavier,

Personally I stay away from expired domains
as I like a clean start with my own branded domain.

I can understand your reasons for doing so as
this can get you out of the google sandbox period.

However, a new domain means a clean start
and with the right articles you would not have much
      to worry about.

On the another hand, an expired domain comes with
the risks of having bad links incurred in the past and
that comes with severe ranking penalties.

      Hello Abel,

Your smaller articles should be done as posts
whereas your main detailed articles with larger

      Hello Eversmile,

This is a tricky situation as first of all, the articles
that would have been ranked previously in 2011
would probably not stand in the current competition
      today.

Removing bad links could help the site but there are
still other variables that can make a site rank back
after a penalized action from Google.

      hello fzavier,

Selecting a niche can be time consuming but
there are several ways to identify a weak niche.

For example, you can target weight loss but be
more specific and targeted in that niche.

A good example will be weight loss for vegans.

Do some research and fill in content where
it is not covered in other sites.

If they do, try to leverage on their research
      and rewrite it.

      Hi Eversmile,
the tools I would use for this are,
      https://moz.com/researchtools/ose/
      https://ahrefs.com/
      https://majestic.com/

You can also use webmaster tools to check
links pointing to your site and then use a
3rd party tool like Free SEO Software | The Best SEO Management Tool | Traffic Travis
      to check the links.

In regards to your situation I would start again
due to the level of work and the cost involved
trying to recover the site and then having only a
50% chance of removing the penalized site.

            Hi onkar ,

An example of a theme WordPress Tavern: Where Every Drink Is On The House.

            I use a 2 column template and
set up as the site example,
content then widget or vise versa.

As far as I know there is no plugin
that can increase serp or earnings.

The only way to increase earnings
is optimizing ad unit placement and
colours and this is done via testing. f

For serp increase you would need to
build quality links and not in volume.

            Less is More.

Thanks geto, content promotion can increase targeted audiences
and increase subscribers but I am pretty sure it will not increase
      your organic traffic.

Maybe you can prove me wrong?

Engima my meaning of content promotion to increase organic traffic was through sharing

between you and your subscribers or new visitors and visitors with their audience.Hope you

get me and you can also prove me wrong because i need to learn everyday, thanks.

            Hey Devilfish168,

Don't let this put you off.

Start to reach out to other sites and build links.

Use your time on your site effectively and earning
will only grow if you build your site to Authority level.

                Hey Devilfish168,

When I refer to Authority level, it means a site
that contains so much highly valued information
that it has grown into something bigger than a
                micro niche site.

For example, Android Central | Android Forums, News, Reviews, Help and Android Wallpapers is
a authority level site dedicated to android.

Even though the domain is not a exact match,
it is more authoritative and broad which allows
them to expand via different angles on keywords
                and content.

Another good example will be Android Police - Android News, Apps, Games, Phones, Tablets

                    Hello Devilfish168,

Yes. Facebook will create backlinks to
your articles if it has well written content.

If you post on your wall and it gets shared,
you have better chances of that article being
                    linked on other personal sites.

          Hello geto,

I understand your point but I feel that this is social sharing or social traffic.

When I mention about organic traffic, I am referring to free search engine traffic
from the top 3, Google, Bing and Yahoo.

  • Thanks for this guide...you've given some great tips. I had a few niche sites back in the day but found it hard to maintain enough traffic to make it worthwhile. After reading this maybe I was going too deep in the niches.

You've laid out some keyword research ideas I may try on a new site I'm building. I'll be watching this thread for more updates...

    Hello,

interesting thread mate you look like you do well

so is the only competition analysis you do with the moz tool bar? checking for low PA and backlinks?
What about authority sites which are ranking inner pages because off high DA, do you normally outrank them?

Do you do any link building or off page seo?

    thanks

      Hi Jayy ,

This is all I use and really all you need.

You can outrank authority inner pages.

Check the inner P/A of that page,
look for a weak inner P/A and then
weak content and you should be
good to go as long as you have
      great content.

I do my own link building and once
the site gains momentum, you can
get a lot of free links for link building.

Do you think I would be able to rank using your method against eCommerce sites (Ebay or Amazon or Local eCommerce sites)

Let's say I have an Information site and I want to target "iPhone 6 + keyword", do I get a chance to rank against those big eCommerce site.

Hi cosmicx, I would not advise trying to
      outrank ecommerce.

The reason being is, Google is trained
to pull out iPhone 6 product related sites
and ecommerce sites at the very top 5
images of iphones from local retailers
and this can spell tough competition.

However, if I google how to set up iPhone 6
then I get a different style of site
      (information content site)

Hello seo2ever, all the backlinks are all
done via contacting webmasters of sites
in the similar niche and building a relationship
before you even ask for a link or even a share.

This is time consuming but one of these
links will be more powerful than a USD200
link building campaign as all your links
      will be unique.

    Hello Engima,
Actually, I've created some sites in 2011 with a PGM for "google adsense"only I started to get too much traffic to my "Shared Hosting account" than the ISP complaint about it. As a newbie this time I didn't know too much about IM and I gave up because no enough profit to spend for VPS or dedicated hostings /monthly as you know,is expensive for beginner and it is one of the key to success too but no much it is said ? What is your best advice to give to us? I just found you and I am reading your threats from the beginning, god bless you! to be so kind to share with us your own experiences with "Google Adsense".

Hello Alex, thank you very much and I am glad to be of
      great help to you.

My best advise is grow your site and get it running on
shared hosting like hostgator for about USD10 a month.

Once you start reaching 1000 hits day, you can start
to earn some income to pay for your shared VPS!

After you have outgrow your shared VPS, I am sure
you will be able to pay for your own dedicated VPS.

      Hope this helps.

Great thread but I have some questions for you...

How do you manage to get on the first page? Is it all just based on LONGtail keywords where there's no competition?. I see you adding kw's into h1's, title tags, meta's etc. But how does that get you to the first page? Esp if you're getting content from people like iwriter.

I'm just curious?? Like there's no backlinking WHATSOEVER?

      Hi GGpaul,

First and foremost, content is key.

You must ensure you have done your
      keyword research like my thread
and cover multiple keywords in the articles.

Once you have well structured articles
with images/videos which are seo optimized,
then you can start reaching out for backlinks.

Web master will only backlink to you if your
content is worth for their audience to read.

There's nothing complex about this strategy. It's really just having a site / blog and writing all types of content depending on your niche. From the looks of it, it's the basic:

          KW research
          Competitors analysis
Content - with kw's/longtail kw's, meta optimization, etc.
          Promotion / Link building.

          Repeat.
          Repeat.
          Repeat.
          Repeat.
          Repeat.
          Repeat.

There's no magic to this. Just simply doing it.

Correct, there's not magic to it.

Personally Meta Optimization doesn't matter as a SEO factor since this is only done for search purposes when searches are performed on your site to display articles related to your search.

Just to get that right - you do 100% white hat backlinking by reaching out to other webmasters asking for a link (link exchange) based on your niche? So no tools, not spinned content, no black/grey hat stuff at all?

Not my cup of tea but hats off to a useful poster giving away a ton of experience in great depth and helping folks with their individual sites.

It's this shit that makes me still occasionally pop back on the WF.

There's still a few gems within all the crap here.

As Engima said, don't make this harder than it is. Honestly folks, just look for a niche you love and you constantly write about it.

Look at these fashion bloggers? They make almost 1 million a year and they don't know shit about SEO / online marketing.

You already have the upper hand with keyword research / seo / im / affiliate marketing.

      Hi GGpaul,

I am interested to see one of these 1 million a year fashion bloggers!

Anyway, I took a look at your site and I would consider adding in www.
rather than http: for your site.

          Hi Engima,

I saw several debates between having some big site vs multiple micro-niches site. Pros of the big website is authority and micro-site is diversify so you don't put all eggs in one basket.

So in term of earning potential on auto-pilot, which one do you think is better?

Hi GGpaul, interesting site, this is a hard niche to be in.

She has a successful career in the fashion industry.

Her name alone receives 18,100 hits a month and
its 22% of her website traffic.

The remaining percent are keywords on page 2 and
beyond in google and they are all very random keywords.
So she can charge this much to advertise on her site.

This is not a site to you would want to emulate as she
is not a blogger but instead she has taken advantage
of the blogging world to earn an extra income.

Great thread. SEO is more about quality than quantity. You can try to spam and spin your way to the top. But, at the end of the day remember that it's real people that will enjoy reading your blog and keep you at the top. If you follow the quality system you will build a business that is around for a long time.

                Correct themebounce,

1 quality link is more powerful than 1000 spun links and
the best way to build links is by having top quality content
                on your site(linkable content).

If you succeed with quality content you can find links
                very easy via outreach.

                    Hi Devilfish168,

If you create content that is of value, then you will find people that will share your content on their sites.

The key is to create content that is valuable enough to share.

              Hi GGpaul,

I am not denying they are making millions.

I know you have been advocating on writing
for passion and etc but the sad thing is no one
will bother to read your content if they couldn't
find your content in the first place.

It is also irresponsible of me if I mislead anyone
who is reading this thread that they can make
millions overnight in fashion niche cause it is suicidal
for anyone to start in this niche without a passion and
knowledge for fashion and most importantly the
              patience to see it through.

Back in my heydays, I worked in the industry in NewYork/
Paris and London and sourced materials from China/Egypt
and Turkey so I also know how this industry runs and operates
on a retail and branded level.

          Hi fzavier,

I have had many sites over the years and
I have tested out www. VS http: and personally
www. always seem to perform better.

This can be due to many factors and it is

This is really a Great thread you created, thank you so much engima.
Now I have to learn how to use that Keyword Planner, is there a way you introduce me to it, how do I get Started with Google Adword Keyword Planner.

How do I use it find the best Paying Keywords for my blog's niche (tech blog) as I already do get hundred of thousands of pageviews monthly, yet I don't earn so much money monthly.

I'll like you to help me figure out how to start fetching keywords with keyword planner for Tech niche so I can build my blog post around the keywords and I hope that will increase my earnings.

          Hi Devilfish168,

I don't quite understand your question but
I will try to answer you to the best as I can.

If you write an article for low competition keyword
and your article is better that the current top 10 articles
for that keyword, then you will rank for it.

There are many factors such as backlinks, your onpage seo
and then another 200 other signals that google checks.

My current earnings are over 3 sites but 1 seems to be
doing better than both and brings in the most income.

oic, so you got 3 sites.
Because I noticed those earn a lot own more than one site.hmmmm

              Hi gsminds,

when I started out I was like the majority
who goes with multiple micro-niches sites.

I build around 15 sites to test the waters
in the different niches. I need to evaluate
the traffic and the ranking potential.

This was the reason why I build so many sites.

Currently, I still hold 15 sites but only 3
have proven to grow as time passes by.
I do advise building 1 authority niche site
and then building out from that site.

You target a niche with a branded domain
and then expand your site into other micro
niche areas based on your niche.

I have considered to consolidate the 3 sites
into one and the main reason is to simplify
              and manage time more effectively.

Maintaining 1 site is definitely easier than 3.

              Hi Devilfish168,

when you grow out of Shared hosting,
you can then expand into VPS.

The benefit is faster response from the
              server to the visitor.

Yes, it is possible to earn this income
              from one site.

              I don't see this as a problem.

I just let Google do its job.

I always wait for 3 months before I start any Backlinking.

Hi Davys, first off you have a great template.

I strongly recommend everyone checks out your template as a great example.

      It's clean and simple.

Consider changing your text color ad to match the orange
you have on your recent post widget area. Remove your Ad
links at the bottom of your articles as you want visitors to click
on regular ad units as they pay more the link units which requires
2 clicks to give you an income. Replace this ad unit with a responsive
      ad size.

With regards to your widget ad I would swap this for a larger skyscraper
300 x 600 as tech niches need larger areas to display larger advertising as
those have higher CPC value due to the strong competition on the keywords.

      Hi Goyllo,

I start by looking at Google trends for keywords since they are usually not covered by others. (low competition = easier to rank)

      Hi KEEP11,

If you have an established site with site authority,
your earnings will increase (cpc) naturally.

From my experience with my Adsense manager,

                Keep working at it.

      Hi shrewedpunter,

Good point! you can have a general site as long as it is structured in away that it works (this structure is the same for all my sites).

      Branded domain works best.

You have categories set up and under each category, you can have your smaller article/posts eg. travel (categories)-
How to find cheap flights in the UK / Choosing Hotels in Bangkok (300-500 word Post) ----Reviews (Categories) African Black soap review from Amazon (300-500 word Post) etc..

Once your articles start to rank and bring in traffic, you will gain Authority naturally .

Try to add one main bulky post/article per category and then link from smaller articles to your main authoritative content.

This will really help with your link flow.

The successful people with Adsense sites are not going to divulge info like this. I say congrats to you for giving back. We all know that Adsense makes money for Google so it will never be saturated like some niches. There's too much money in it. I have visited sites that make a ton of money in Adsense alone but they will not reveal any details of what they do to rake in 5 figures a month.

    Super sexy and useful thread.
I can not thank yet, because of my post count, but i will if i reach the limit.

I also have some beginner questions which i would love to have clarified by you or someone.
(I know that other people have asked similar questions in this topic, but i really want to be sure, that i understand correctly).

Example : I find a niche, that i am interested in.
I register a domain, which i take as a brand(i intend to post a lot of useful information about different topics that are close to my niches).

    Question 1)
If my domain does not contain the niche keyword, is that okay ?
Is the main point that my page/post url has to have it?
    Example :"www.mybrandname.com/pagecontainsnichename"

You said that, you should have 1-6 pages within your blog.
    Question 2)
Does having 1-6 pages within my blog mean:
    1) mybrandname.com/mainniche1
    2)mybrandname.com/mainniche2
    ...
    6)...../mainniche6
    Question 2.1)
Are mainniche1-mainniche6 supposed to be our big keywords, that are being googled and we are targeting ? (They are different keywords, but their topics are similar and connected somehow.)

    Question 3)
Does post on page mean the following?:
    mybrandname.com/mainniche1/smallerPostOnSimilarContetToMainNiche

Correct me if im wrong :
Our mainniche1- mainniche6 pages should contain the targeted keyword in the url and other similar keywords in our subheadings etc as you have showed us,
    BUT:
If i post new articles/blog posts under one of those main pages,
what kind of keywords do i target then ?
If i post a new blog post/article under my mainniche1 page , should my post contain and target smaller relevant keywords and content to my mainniche1 or do they HAVE TO contain the same keywords that my mainniche1 page?

A lot of long questions, that might be hard to understand, but i tried to describe my questions as accurately as my English and understanding of this topic allows.

Once again, superawesome thread and thank you for sharing so much valuable information with us !

      Hey mungapea!!

Glad to hear that this has helped you along your path.

      1) you do not need the keyword in the domain.

I recommend you stay away from keywords in your domain as it limits your site to the type of content you can target.

It is also not necessary to have the keyword in the article URL.

Google is smarter nowadays to understand what your article is about.

I strongly believe google has the ability to even see and acknowledge your images and if they are related to the article or not.

      2) Pages wise, it will be how you structure the site into your categories. Your main pages (posts) should be the volume keywords as mentioned at the start of the thread.

Any other smaller posts (300-500 words) will be linked to your main Post (giving you link flow from your site).

----2.1---If these are volume keywords set them up as main page (post) maybe a general look at all machines then have smaller content posts per machine .

---3---- as 2.1---- I hope I have cleared it up as much as I can, in general target your volume keywords in your bulk pages (there seams to be a confusion and sorry when I say page I mean as a long 2500-5000 word Post in WP I just seam to refer it to as page). planning is key!

I can't recommend any as I don't use them and every site I had so far
      is done manually by me.

I have seen some of such "services" going for few hundreds per site
and to me, it is kind of fishy cause the amount of effort and time invested
in these sites are worth more than that.

If I were them, I will charge at least 4,997 per site.
(Of course, with verified earnings along with it.)

Hello mungapea, Yes! it is possible to out rank sites like CNN,NYT.

You just need to know how.

When you are targeting your article for your main keyword, check out the Page Authority of the article from CNN,NYT (use open site explorer) and if it is below 30 PA with weak content and or only a few external links pointing to the article it self.

You can out rank it with 1 or 2 quality links to your article.

      Hi Enigma,

I dont understand the structure of an ideal website for a niche. You say you have 400 posts and on the other hand you say you have around 6 pages (big posts) on that website.
That means all the other posts are small posts pointing to your 6 pages?

And one more thing, I dont understand the differences between categories and pages (big posts) in that ideal site. I think if you show an example of this it would be more clearer.

      Thank you very much.

        Hi shrewedpunter,

        I use them as guidelines.

If everyone in the world followed it to a tee, then we would have lot of duplication.

Use what you feel is relevant to your niche.

What I do recommend is paying attention to your page title and meta descriptions as you can add in additional volume keywords to these sections.

Can you please suggest me which content management platform I can use? as with wordpress it is not possible
Second thing please provide us the detailed steps needed for succesful integration of Adsense as I have heard that Google have a certain criteria for choosing its partners

This thread is such a big help and an inspiration that Adsense still works. Most people out there charge money for the kind of advice you're giving here engima. Kudos to you

I want to start on Adsense myself but sadly I don't have a non-hosted account yet. I have a hosted account for YouTube but I don't think it can still work for blogspot or hubpages like before without further approval.

My problem is always on finding a niche that I'm passionate about and my funds are limited at the moment so I don't want to jump into anything and throw away my money. Anyway, I will keep coming back to this thread. Thank you for all the valuable information you're providing us here.

      Hi enigma

Recently I tried the " matched content beta "

I switch all ads to responsive and include a banner ad

remove that ad below my article for " matched content beta "

so far highest managed to get 2 dollars sadly is not quite constant , most of the days still few cents ... still a long way to get at least 10 bucks or even more per day.

problem still lie on amount of traffic as massive traffic is needed.

        Hello Devilfish168,

The best advice I can give you is keep all your settings in Adsense as per default.

There is no need to change any of the settings.

The only variable that I change is the colour of the ad units, font and font size to match my site .

    Hi jeffreys,

You need to check your wordpress backend code!

I can't fix technical issues as I am not a coder.

Maybe you can try to reset your Wordpress template back to its original form and test if you have the same problem.

If the problem persist, re-install wordpress on your domain.

    Hope this helps.

        Hello Devilfish,

If you are using responsive ads, I would recommend
using a responsive Wordpress theme to make your

      I curious about Page RPM

happen one day don't know why can reach $14 !

and visitors wise less than 1k and I managed to earn that day 4 dollars so far the highest for me
usually just cents to one dollar but mostly cents.

      I wonder what happen
      I do research my keywords.

talking about keywords is focus more one average search or Bid amount?

as I noticed some keywords which have less average search only per month 20 to 30 the bid is a lot .

      so which one should focus?

I know enigma mention focus more on the amount of average search but how about bid ?

        Hello Devilfish168,

Think of Adsense like a live stock market where
prices fluctuates depending on the demand.

Volume of traffic and value of the traffic(click) are different also.

There is no guarantee with this system hence I always go for volume
for more visits so there is a higher chance for click activity.

Noted thanks enigma for your input
so the tick is finding words with high volume and high CPC than.
I noticed " in fact is hard to get both "

either volume is high , CPC is low
          Or

perhaps this is how it works hmm correct me if I wrong still learning

            Hi Devilfish,

            You are right.

But without traffic, you won't get clicks.

CPC can increase even those keyword CPC is low.

It increases as your site builds its Authority.

      hello Dollaring,

The biggest problem is your domain cause the site
only target coconut oil to lose weight.

What about other forms of oil to lose weight?

You will have a hard time expanding your site
if your niche is too small or narrow.

SecretOil.com or something along those lines
may helps to increase the scope to write more
articles based on other forms of oils.

      Hope this helps.

When I visit your site, a banner appears

          Great post man!

          I have a some questions.

          1) I have to high competitive niches, when I search for a their keywords on Keyword Planner using that way you mentioned above, I got, For example:
"Make money online" -> competition: high, avg.searches: 10,000
"Make money online from home" -> competition: high, avg.searches: 2,000

Is it possible to rank those HIGH competition keywords?

          2) I read before that if I share a link with some kinda keyword on the anchor will giving me penalty! please, explain to us how to make white hat anchor when we wanting to share/link our blog posts.

Nice up-to-date help for beginners also.

Just a quick question - is it possible for a beginner to achieve $100 per month earnings in like 6 months, while working 5-6 hours a day?

I'm planning to build a simple WordPress site with Adsense and start with targeting some narrow, low competition niche. $3-4 per day will be like a point of no return to me.

              hello Eyebp,

It is tough when it comes to putting a timeline on something like this unless you have a super easy niche with a few volume keywords.

While it is possible to achieve your target, you need a lot of time and research to make it happen but it will pay off.

            thank you Wowali.

However, this is a HUGE misconception on google keyword planner.

The competition you are looking at is for marketer plying in PPC (Pay Per Click), eg how much competition there is for being top bidder for that keyword.

It is definitely not for you to gauge competition in SEO.

My best advise is use your keyword naturally and follow my thread on how articles are written for multiple volume keywords.

If you plan to add more categories, do it with the site in mind instead of focusing on increasing your Adsense earnings.

I know you must look at the state of investment but sometimes you need to see what your audience wants. If you keep them happy, the money will follow eventually.

So if you are considering on adding a category, add them based on the interest of your audience.

Yup, if only the CPA offers aligned to the interest of your audience.

If not, it is just a turn off for your audience and it will be harder to get them back.

Noted, because I revamp my site last ...time i use " match content "

                  now never but

                  this message keep appear

"One goal of Matched content is to increase user engagement. Your page RPM and other metrics might be affected by this increase."

Because that ad unit still there but is idle as I never put on my revamp site.

just wonder it will affect my earnings or just a message can be ignore.

            Hey devilfish,

You can only target either Adsense or CPA.

If you try to target both, your earning will drop as well since Google does not like cpc or affiliate sites as they bring no value to the search engine.

I don't find your comment helpful with the audience looking for ways to make money with Adsense.

You could make more with CPA offers if your audience are willing to take the extra steps to fill up forms and etc and I find that offensive because you are basically pushing junk offers to your audience unless you have a perfect cpa offer to match their needs.

For example, while you are trying to push your playbook membership with a review, it won't work with Adsense audience cause they are only interested in Adsense.

And your review are biased too since you are earning a commission for every lead that sign up through the affiliate link in your review site.

If you try make some posts in PPC section, maybe you will have a higher sign up rate since your offer is aligned to their interest but I will rewrite that review if I were you.

      Thanks for chipping in though.

    Hi Enigma,
Thank you for the valuable information. My average cpc is around $ 0.15 as i am in India and I was trying to increase this cpc by different means. You meant that not to target the high cpc keywords while focusing on higher volume keywords that eventually leads to high cpc depending on the quality of contents.
Will serving only the adsense ads through dfp makes any difference?

      Hi Praveece,

      There are too many variables.

You can never just accept the cpc from keyword planner.

These cpc are used for ad campaign creators so this is set to the average cpc rate of the day.
You need to also consider the traffic source, eg country.

Hence, this is why I focus on volume which allows the site to increase its value naturally.

hello devilfish168, I had a site that performed very well with just 1 ad unit where else others perform better with 3 ad units.

It's a matter of testing to see which model works well for you.

For example, in my experience, some of the sites tends to perform better with 1 ad unit as they are more ad blind so there is no need to waste valuable space on your pages with ads as it only serves to keep visitors away.

You can have more ad units if your Google ad manager representative gives the approval to do so.

      Sorry to hear that, seduct.

Adsense accounts are very hard to acquire.

If you really want another account, you need to resolve the issue with your rival clicks so it will not to destroy your second account.

You could also ask a friend for help with opening another account.

If this was a genuine issue and someone was clicking your site in that manner, then ask Google to review the ban.
However if you have been caught trying to ' game' the big G, then you are stuffed.

    Download from,
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/quick-...e/screenshots/

There are many reasons i use this and the main reason is its flexibility to place ad units where you need them to be.

    Authority Site Niches

I receive many personal messages and also requests on this tread regards to niche selection so i have decided to put a short list together based on my take on this subject. The list is quite broad and needs developing into your own personal direction, use this as a guide to spark off ideas (use sites such as zergnet.com to build on your ideas) and then look for the volume in them with weak competition. Volume makes profit once you start to rank.

feel free to discuss this further

1.Download style sites- Pdf manual products/
    2.Sports-Mountain biking/Cycling/Fishing/Basketball/Table Tennis/Baseball
3.Children niche - Coloring books/ Spot the difference
    4.Astrology
    5.Gardening

Im not saying these are the niches to start building sites on but these are my current target that i work on developing.

      Updated

presently my traffic increase after months
but problem i still can't get a decently constant earnings per day...

seem like a long way to reach 20 bucks per day constantly or even more...

presently just cents ...most of the time.

keywords check , SEO , etc done

perhaps my niche is too intensive ...as it is fitness , health.

wonder it how long to each a constant 20 bucks..just from one site.

I don't plan to start another sites

( but it seem like those managed to earn a lot per day are having multi sites ? as it target at different niches )

I have follow enigma tips on ad placement and colour it does help thank enigma

      but problem is Clicks ....

sometimes I wonder how adsense works
I check my record .. got one day it has only few hundred page view and impression yet managed to earn 1 dollar
whereas some days thousand page view and impression yet just few cents.

      hmm..
