Google adsense is best for specific countries like USA, Canada etc. But, for Philippine, Bangladesh, India etc, it is not better at all. You can earn $1 per 10000 impressions for these countries. So, what is your opinion?

I wouldn't personally rely on Google for my income, as they are very unstable nowadays and can kick you out of their program whenever they feel like it...

Talk about people who got banned on Adwords, they'll tell you...

- post articles regularly
- use the right strategie: the most important things are use of colors and where you place your ads

Find a good niche, better if is a theme that you love!

It's a great blog monetization strategy if you want to make a few dollars a month starting. I think there are better ways to make money online though. Google Adsense is a great way to generate passive income but you have to be able to generate a large amounts of traffic to make it worth the effort. But hey,what do I know. There are internet marketers out there that make over 10k a month with Google Adsense alone.

If you can get the traffic to your website, it is a great way to make some extra money. I think just about everybody uses adsense but you can also make some pretty decent money using affiliate marketing for amazon, clickbank, hosting, etc. The only problem with adsense is that you are basically getting the person to leave your website for the price of a click but it is also probably one of the easiest ways to make money blogging. Just have to test them out and see what kind of results you get. Ad sizes, having the right positions and the niche that you are in can also make a big difference

I remember some pointers from some WR here.
If you doing amazon site especially , adding adsense in fact not a good idea as you already mention ,

in order to get earnings from adsense more is on clicks ..and once visitors click he/she will leave your site ( if you are promoting amazon stuffs ) thus it does harm to you if your site is on amazon affiliates.

If you are a good blog writer, you can earn much more by affiliate/niche marketing than adsense. If you are not interested in niche marketing then you can go with adsense. You can use 7search.com, Buysellads.com at the beginning. You can use google adsense later for the best return.

It's more profitable now than ever with Adsense imo.

I know niche sites are not what they once were and micro sites are dead.

But authority sites are getting more traction in the search engines allowing for heavier traffic and bigger incomes.

Like already mentioned, I wouldn't make them my only or primary stream of income, BUT if you have an authority type site that gets a lot of traffic, it's a good thing to have Adsense as well as other similar solutions on your site.

It's not my primary revenue stream, but the numbers are great. I see about $27 RPM on average

Yes you can start off with Google adsense, make sure you are following Adsense TOS , also you need to be patient to see your earnings start to increase.

Always rely on organic traffic for Adsense, as social and paid traffic converts very low and the CPC will be very low for Adsense.
