Is AM still profitable if you need to outsource/hire others?

Hello,

For the past few years I been struggling to increase my affiliate income. I am doing well for myself, but it is taking me a lot to test new things because I do everything myself (I write content, code, design, promote, etc)

I want to hire and outsource things, but with my current income they will eat most of my revenue.

I am wondering, is affiliate marketing still profitable if you outsource content, design, programming to other people. I am taking quality workers, not $5 dollar fiver gigs?

In other way, can you make a company out of AM? Have employees, offices, etc? or is just a solo thing?

Thanks

You could hire VA's from the Philippines for like $400 month that will work full-time that can do basic tasks...anything you could train an average person to do. Anything that requires special skills will cost more, but it is still extremely cost effective. Also you can hire people part time as well, doesn't have to be full time. If you can't make that work, then you need to figure out why and change it.

It can still be profitable with outsourcing. If you're doing it right, having the extra help will save you more time, which in essence means you should be able to get more done.. With that in mind, you should actually be turning a higher profit when hiring assistants! Get your game plan setup the right way before you start paying someone.. That will help to make sure you still stay busy, and always have something for your assistant to be doing as well!

Get your Time and Action Plan. Write down your whole process in neatly step by step actions. Those process which requires special attention then keep it to yourself.... and those actions which are repetitive and doesn't require special skills, outsource them.

Now, get down and calculate your costings and ROI. How you can scale things? Which steps are taking most of the time and which steps are important for revenue generation. You will be in better position to decide outsourcing from fiverr, odesk, seoturks etc

IMO.. once you hit the level where you are holding yourself back (example - you have more work to do than hours in the day) and you are making a reasonable amount, then maybe it's time to start hiring others.. but keep in mind, quality over quantity (IMO)
