Saved Up $10,000 And Want To Buy Leads For My New Product

As the title suggest, I've saved up about $10,000 and want to start buying leads/emails for my new product, which teaches people how to make money blogging.
I used to be a blogger myself, and collected a bunch of leads, but it's in a different market (quotes/motivation) so those are no good.
I've saved up about $10,000 and want to buy leads and emails, rather than building it up the traditional way as I don't really have time to build up a list naturally. I do have a new blog, and will be collecting emails there in regards to blogging, but I know that will take some time and I want the $10,000 to speed things up a bit.
I've VERY inexperienced with setting up ads, and have tried a bit of facebook but was gettint no less than $6 - $10 per lead from facebook, which is to me a bit too high.
If anyone can point in the right direction, that'd be greatly appreciated. I
