I have no clue how they do their thing, but I know many times I check stats in the morning and I have a click that somehow disappears in the afternoon, this happens way too many times to say it's a glitch. Another thing I noticed is that they filter some more at the end of the month like if you check your monthly status you'll see some of your clicks cancelled again. There it'll show you cancelled clicks, they don't just vanish like the others.

Never mind half, they're probably paying one tenth of what they used to pay back when they started up.

I have fond memories of the first time I made $1,000 in a single day on adsense. Ah, those were the days!

It's supply and demand just like anything else. Once everybody heard about it and signed up, they realized they could pay people less.

            It's most likely you.

But then again, there are so many factors that can contribute to your numbers dropping such as quality of traffic, amount of traffic, source of traffic, the advertisers etc.

But I can honestly say in one of my accounts for one of my companies, it's gone down bc all I was doing was arbitraging.

However in my other account for my other company, my RPM has remained steady and increases every now and then. RPM actually has increased 20% in the last month - and this account gets 40-60K impressions a day.

I used to make some niche money with them several years ago, probably in 2006-2007. It was just so easy to build sites with Adsense ads back then. These days, I don't have them on any of my sites. I miss the good old days of making money online. Feeling nostalgic...

Like the affiliate product we promote, Adsense niche can wear out. It rarely happens anyway.

My suggestion is for you to occasionally check your traffic, keyword bids and also look out for new or growing market within your niche to merge with your Adsense business.

I guess, the reason why we are earning low with AdSense now as compared to what we are earning with them before is, I noticed the ads they are showing in our sites/blogs now are not much related to our content but based on the past sites and searches the Internet user was involved with.

Let's say for example, I noticed in my niche blog that deals on coffee, the ads that are showing up are not related to coffee but software! That may be because, the last web sites that I have surfed (which I know were recorded by them) were all related to software as I was really searching for a software.

In my opinion, that recent change in AdSense has a huge impact on publishers' earnings.

    It might just be you.

Pay attention to the countries your traffic comes from.

Your traffic blend may have changed and this might account for your problems.
