    I'm using Bing Ads, it's cheaper than Google Adwords but the same, if not better, quality traffic. Sign up and you will get a free $50 coupon within 3 days or so. You can use your coupon first before paying your own money. They also provide a free training to get you started successfully. Guys from Ring Partner (pay-per-call affiliate network) recommend Bing Ads on their webinars too.

    Bing ads would be the best to get started with, it might not have the volume that adwords will offer but you can definitely get started with bing

    Yes Bing Ads works Best. Pay Per Call offers doing well on FB as well.
