Hi, in order to start in this field I suggest : cpagrip and adworkmedia. These websites haven't any registration process. You'll get your login credentials instantly. Also there are many offers there.

I've signed up with Adwork Media and checked out their offers. Most of them have very low EPC and CR. How do you make money off of those with $0,04 - $0,26 EPC when you have to bid more money on relevant keywords to get traffic?
