Worth to Invest ? CPA + PPV

Hello, i am newbie in CPA Marketing, also i have zero success in PPD ( 0 downloads in 1week, tbh didn't tried very hard ), nobody downloads my stuff, but it's way different thing compared to CPA.

So i know how to use CPA such as MaxBounty, how to find url's to target and how build websites using Dreamveawer, also my design skills is pretty good. So let's go to the point:

I never tried CPA networks so far except CPALead which is basically PPD, so i am wondering if its worth it to get a cash loan for PPV network and start trying to make money ( If i will not get profit more than i've invested i will be in huge trouble, because i am unemployed atm and i will lose the investment + i will need to get the cash back for them ), so how profitable the CPA is even for newbies nowadays ? If i will take 1200$ loan for website, 1000$ for PPV and other things how much chances that i will profit ? Or i will fail most likely ?

I think you better start small.
You don't need to spend 1200$ for website.
you can pay few bucks in fiverr for a website, plus domain and hosting won't cost you more than 150$
you can also start with a landing page system, and it gonna cost you kinda 50$ a month to get as much landing page as you want.
than, search for traffic. the higher the traffic cost, its quality is higher, but if you know how to convert low quality traffic - you'll know how to do that with better traffic.

You need to minimize your risks. You need only domain and hosting (for example beyondhosting.net with free trackers included). You can build landing pages by yourself as you have pretty good design skills. PPV usualy works with very simple pre-landing pages or you can send directly to offer's page.
And also you don't need to pay $1000 for PPV. 50onred minimum is $500 (and no minimum if you pay by wire transfer).
    I wish you good luck!

Absolutely do not take out a loan for this. You said yourself you'd be in big trouble if you didn't profit, and since you are inexperienced, the likelihood of profiting is slim.

In your situation, try only free methods first and spend the majority of your time looking for a job. Once you get a job, if you have extra money to spend, then try paid traffic. But if you are unemployed and you have no savings, as it would appear from your post, then don't waste precious money and time on Internet Marketing.

Spend that time and whatever little money you have getting work that you know will pay you. IM is not something for people with no money and no job to take out loans for. Being new, you will likely lose money before you make money and you can't afford that right now.

Thanks for answers, by "1200$ loan for website..." i meant total loan ( 1000$ for ppv, 20$ for web and rest for extra tools such as similiarweb, iWriter etc. ).

Anyway i found on this forum that Bing also has PPC and the min deposit is pretty decent + there's coupons, so for a "profit test" i will try it and will see how it goes

That's a good starting budget. On whether you will succeed for fail, it's impossible for us to say. It sounds like you have a solid foundation to start so your chances for success look good.
