Whats the best way to promote cpa offers? What are all teh big boys doing that are making thousands a week with cpa offers? How are they doing this? Are they placing banner on high traffic sites mostly? Is it mostly PPC?

    They go deep into each niche and start with ppc and end up with seo with everything in between. So rather than promoting 10 different niches, they start concentrating on 1-2 and then just keep exploring many strategies until they achieve their goals. After that they move to next niche and outsource the ones that are working already.

    People making the big money usually do a mixture of PPC, media buying, and PPV. You'll never get wealthy by just using one source
